Breakfast was strange, first day we were asked what we wanted for breakfast and we said we would like some eggs. We got cooked pasta without sauce instead :) anyway there were nearby restaurants so I would recommend taking option without breakfast

This is seriously second time I booked the this property and really here is best, you can't find any bad thing or dirty there, in my mind here is not Hostel , actually here is 4 stars Hotel. Shared kitchen smells sometimes. It's usually in a good state, it depends on the other guests.

Very helpful and patient manager, excellent location, good value for your money, comfortable beds (both in the hotel rooms and in the hostel dorm), downstairs a lobby where you can have dinner or work. There's a shared kitchen next to the lobby where you can prepare food. And food you can get from the market just around the corner of the hotel. There's also a fountain close to the entrance for good water. The whole building is very well maintained, nice furniture and wall decorations, clean and looking sharp. It has everything you need!

I have been to Yerevan many times now and stayed in different hotels but none of them exceeded my expectations. The room I stayed was at underground floor. The receptionist was not there. Cleaning maiden made a phone call to someone who spoke English and we could communicate. The kitchen is very tiny.

The location of the place is close to the main area, hostel was good and decent for a short trip. The bed was comfortable enough, toilets are well maintained small toiletries such as shampoo and hotel slippers were provided by the owner which is a plus if you are traveling for a short time and have small luggage. The property is near a Japanese restaurant which i would really recommend. The wifi was working properly and the kitchen is clean and the locker was very neat that you would feel safe putting your personal items, the owner was really helpful and even teach me some local words. Definitely recommend this place for group travelers or solo travelers that would stay in Yerevan for a few days.
