There were no cold drinks served with breakfast. The location was a bit far from supermarkets and restaurants. Also, it was far from the city center, for example, Republic Square. There is no one at the reception desk during the day, especially at night

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The manager and staff were so friendly. The room was very very clean. Quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious. The kitchen was open 24/7 and you could use tea and coffee unlimitedly for free. The building was newly built and the design was modern. You can contact the manager on WhatsApp or other platforms.

Being a tourist, communication with the locals/staffs is always difficult as they barely speak english, unless you use google translate (thats will definitely easy up the life)..

Rooms were neat & clean, rooms are pretty big, ample of storage space in wardrobe , excellent facilities. Staffs were very friendly and welcoming. It felt more like home than a conventional hotel.. Breakfast is cooked fresh & daily! Hotel is located a bit away from the main road so “no hustle & bustle” of the cars & trucks.

Everything was great, but a safe box in my room didn't work

The stuff is super nice and always ready to help, very clean. The presence of the shared kitchen was very convenient. The view from my room was marvelous: on the victory park and mountain Ararat. My room was very comfortable

The location of the hotel.

I like the cosy and homie feel of the hotel. I like the service provided by the hotel attendants Emma and her shift mate (I wasn't able to get her name). I love the breakfast, it not sumptuous but really good and presentable. I love the room we have with the view of Mount Ararat. Overall, it was very good and highly recommendable although it's not located in the city centre itself.

The travel time was short and I could not enjoy this trip and accommodation as much as I needed.

It was a wonderful experience, the staff were very polite, especially the lady at the hotel reception was very respectful and treated me and my wife very friendly. The atmosphere of the hotel was very friendly and relaxing. This hotel brought us a memorable trip. The hotel room was quite suitable, the TV in the room was connected to high speed internet. Breakfast was very exciting. The room and the hotel area were very clean, tea and coffee were ready 24 hours a day. The room of this residence had a good view and you could see Mount Ararat. The distance of this hotel was a little far from the city center, but I didn't have a problem with that. I have experienced many 5-star hotels before, but none of them brought me good memories like the hotel. If I travel to Armenia and Yerevan again, without a doubt, my destination will be this residence.

Location is near to the avenue (where bank and supermarket can be found). Breakfast was perfect, exceeding expectations. Rooms are exactly as presented on photos. Hotel staff is very-very helpful.

The room of the hotel was equipped and prepared with the standards that you expect only in some very high class hotels. Everything was extremely clean. Water in the bathroom had very good pressure and also felt like very high class hotel's. Space for breakfast is a bit small, but totally convenient. And breakfast itself was just great. Staff also was very friendly and nice. I researched the location in advance, I knew it was not in the heart of old town, but took us only 15 minutes by bus to get there. So location for us was totally fine too.

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices! The staff is really kind, polite and welcoming. They got us cups of tea with some sweets which are really tasty. The rooms are really clean and comfortable. The furniture is all new and modern.

Our communication with the hotel was very smooth form the very beginning. The hotel organized our transfer from the airport for a very reasonable price. Both driver and receptionist waited for us till late hours as our flight was delayed. The room was cozy and clean, wifi worked without any problem. The hotel is located close to the center. Breakfasts were very tasty. But above all, the most we liked the people working in the hotel. They are warmhearted, very helpful and ready to fulfill any wish you may have. We were very much satisfied with the hotel. We definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Armenia.

This was a hidden gem! Seemingly at the end of an alley, but don’t give up before you find it! It’s in a quiet spot near a park area.

Staff were kind and welcoming. There was a most comfortable lobby and kitchen area. Rooms were well planned and spacious considering the size of the property. We would definitely stay here again.
