We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Hotel. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly Guru, whose exceptional service made our experience truly memorable. The location of the hotel is very convenient, being just a 15-minute walk from the city area, which allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. While the breakfast service was a bit late, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment, especially since we got what we paid for.

Had a great stay at their Hotel. Very calming ambience, has a great view of their pool and the towers. The location is excellent as it is only 20-30mins away from the EVN airport and 5-10mins drive to the center of Yerevan. Has a lot of nearby markets too. And it is very affordable and worth the value!. Big thanks to the staff, “Guru” who assisted us is very friendly and will help in every thing. Big thanks as well to the 2 owners who helped us around the hotel and helped me when I injured my feet 😂 . All staffs are very welcoming. It’s up to the guest how you will treat or behave on your stay. Guest should be responsible and be mindful in every use of the shared bathroom. Overall stay is excellent! The main location has traffic noise. The secondary one, 200 meters down the road is quieter - just barking dogs. Everything is worn out, no normal chairs, minimal light, some smell from en-suite bathroom, but not critical.

Good price, basically a room for the price of a hostel bed. The indian receptionist very helpful. I was able to cook the breakfast myself at a convenient time with their eggs and sausage.

There is no shampoo and slippers for the shared bathroom included, take your oun. You definitely need slippers for the bathroom, because it's always covered by dirty footprints of previous users. Included breakfast always late, 10:30-11:00 instead of promised 09:30. There's no air conditioner, just a window, but it's suitable for such a low price.

King-size bed, pool with lighting, comfortable shared rest areas inside and outdoors. Good shared kitchen, refrigerator and gorgeous house interior. Not far from the city centre, just walk 15 min. Hospital armenian host Sergei helps with asked questions. Groceries store in 2 min walk, a bunch of grill cafes in a 5 min walk and the "Shame" craft beer brewery here too, just ask a host about it.

The place IS NOT THE SAME as on the pictures. I booked a room with view of the swimming pool and once I arrived there they put me in a car and brought me to another place very different from the one you see on the picture, no swimming pool, not the same house. Super loud at night with staff or someone speaking super loud in the corridor and kitchen and you couldn’t sleep. Terrible experience ! I also met 2 Japanese girls who were in the same situation and decided to leave since the place didn’t correspond with what they booked. Horrible !

The preparation of the room was quite bad- the bedding was dirty ( it was changed to clean bedding after we complained, but still), we were only given one towel and we didn't get any blankets even though it was freezing at night. The breakfast was not ready until 9.30, which is inconvenient when most tours start way before that or if you want to get out in the city in the morning. Location wasn't the best and the toilet was shared between 5 rooms and dirty. It is quite cheap so we didn't expect much, but it was still poor and disappointing.

The receptionist was friendly and helped us with storing our luggage until we could check in. The wifi was good.

I require early check-in for what we agreed to pay one night extra price and i did it Room sopose to be ready 5 am. We arrive 6 am and it took one our for stuff to prepare room for me. I informed them in advance that need vegetarian breakfast. For first morning got nothing and next morning i got one egg, two sosages 😁 and two bread. Money i payed for wasn't giving me a hope that will be 5 star service of course, but it was as bad as possible to imagine. Also, 2000 dram o needed to pay before checkout and 11:30 at night they know on the door and required to pay. Whole experience was disgusting.

Requested for a bit earlier check-in (12 instead 14) while I was leaving anyway around 2 o'clock in the night. They promised to do their best, but at the room wa ready at 14:30 first. No card payments, cash only. Room doesn't have any furniture, the bed only. WC and shower in the floor.

Price only. But after all, I would better pay more and have (much) better stay.

The walls had mold, when showering the room was flooded with water, the beds uncomfortable and the pool so dirty - not in a state to swim in. The cheap price isn't worth it!!

The owner gave me a room in another house, different from the address in the booking. He said the breakfast will be at 10-10:30h which is a bit late. On the first day I was waiting until 11h but nobody served a breakfast. On the other 3 days i went out earlier. The bathroom was small, with very bad smell and it wasn't clean at all. Sometimes the water changed suddenly from hot to cold and in a minute back to hot. The bed also wasn't very comfortable for me.

The price was really good, not far from the city center.

We really enjoyed our stay in Villa Hotel! We had a private room with a private bathroom next to the main house, a beautiful place with a great swimming pool in the yard. We had a great and abundant breakfast. The place is 5 minutes by car from the city center, so it's very comfortable to move. The area is very quiet and the people were very kind, friendly, flexible and helpful. The relationship price quality is very good, it's really a good deal. We are glad we stayed here and recommend it! Thank you for everything, friends!

This property exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, and the attention to detail was impressive. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.
