Nothing to do with hotel.but please only go with official taxis from the airport. I got scammed by the 'taxi metre scam' I was so tired i let my guard slip. Also it's best to travel to Azerbaijan first not from Armenia. Yerevan is a vast city and Armenia is a beautiful country, so much to see. I just wished I stayed longer... although it's very expensive now here, plan your trip carefully

it wold be nice if there was a variety in the breakfast... but nevertheless it was delicious and I looked forward to it everyday.

I liked it that I had all my privacy to come and go at any time of day. I also felt I was with very close friends as everyone was so warm and accommodating. The breakfast was heartwarming. The villa was so clean and all my things in room were kept the way they were when the cleaner came.

Everything was great, the staff was affable. It is located near Republic square. The breakfast was good. I just didn't like the restroom, I had to spray air fresher all the time, that was the only thing I wasn't satisfied with, but totally it was an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Quite used condition of the bathroom equipment, the huge part of the price is determined by the location (but that is obvious).

Easy check in, fine hosts, delicious breakfast. It's located in a very quiet place but still in the city center. The apartment is spacious, fits for a family or group of friends.

The room is very big with separate living room and a bathroom, both areas with heating. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, and I loved that they explained to me how they eat some of their traditional food (mix of curd, sour cream and apricot marmalade). And the location is perfect, walking distance from the main places in the city centre. The lady in the hotel is friendly and helpful.

It was a little bit cold during the night.

The location was very convenient, just in the centre of Yerevan city. Many popular restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets were nearby. The stuff was superb, very friendly and always ready to help. They met us in the airport and organised the transfer to the airport in the end of our journey. The hotel itself is simple and not very big, but clean and comfortable.

Some elements of the room looked used (like light switches). Shower was not inviting, though usable.

There is no elevator, just stairs. Take a note that the payment is only by cash at the place, no pre-payment by credic card.

The apartment in the villa was big, newly styled and very clean. The air conditioner was great and was felt in all the rooms. The staff, all in all, 3 kind ladies, was very nice and helpful in any question or request we had. Breakfast was good. Clean towels, soaps and other things in the apartment were refilled every day and it was very clean. Location is good and quiet, and close to main places by walking or by car. We checked in late at night and were immediately welcomed nicely and were given the keys to our apartment. Highly recommended!
