Great staff, always polite and helpful. We have traveled with an infant, so they provided us a good cot and bottled water every time we needed.

Eventhough the hotel is a small establishment, they made sure that the rooms were clean and top notch, apart from that, they also added small details like bathrobes etc. which made the hotel rooms more comfortable

Everything was excellent!

Excellent choice for a comfortable stay in Yerevan. Just a few minutes walk to get to the city center and Vernisaz market were you can find the best souvenirs in the city. Our room and all areas were always very clean and the staff extremely helpful and polite. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was different every morning with many Armenian dishes. There is supermarket near the hotel, Tashir pizza and cafe. We had a mini fridge, tea and coffee in the room, hair dryer, robes, freshly clean towels and new flip flops every day. Our room was on the 3rd floor, with access through stairs and elevator, it was warm with windows with a park view (there is a pulpulak). We fell in love with Armenia and will definitely come back to explore more!

The room with the balcony that we had booked had a very small bathroom and the toilet and the wash basin were very close to each other .

The staff were very helpful in providing us breakfast before their usual time of 8:00 since we had a tour. They were very sweet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Yerevan Boutique hotel. The hotel is centrally located with rooms and bathrooms with all amenities. The breakfast was also good a with enough varieties of food. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with all enquiries we had.

The hotel doesn’t have a dedicated room for luggage storage. Storage is in the breakfast area and at your own risk.

Everything was amazing! Personnel is very friendly and is happy to arrange you everything you need. Breakfast is great, location is amazing. Lots of cafés and restaurants around. City center is within 10 mins of walking.

Small cozy hotel with very attentive and polite staff, good and varied breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows and great location. We also took a tour and the driver did everything for us to feel comfortable. Very attentive and polite as well, he was translating and sharing historical aspects of the visited locations and he also put nice Armenian music.

The bed might be more comfortable but was not a big issue.

We landed midnight and airport taxis were total scam. Thanks to the staff, they organized a transport and were in very good manner. Place was clean, had all the amenities, 10 mins walk to the republic square, 5min walk to the vernitage. Good breakfast included in the price.

really hot room on arrival

not a bad place at all! the room was small but nice and clean. the staff was nice. the breakfast is nice - a lot of options, some of them suprising (soup, mashed potatoes, chicken) but you can make sure you will not leave hungry! good location as well. the room was extremely hot when we came but there is a window and air con. recommended!
