The construction is modern using beams, so the sound isolation is not great. The breakfast is good has everything you need, but not amazing

The hotel room is huge and the bed is simply amazing, top quality bed and pillows. The shower is amazing, very hot and strong. Great amenities in the room, little fridge and great hair dryer. The staff was helpful, there was an issue with our reservation and they were prompt to solve it. There is heating, including the flirt and for towels in bathroom so soruper cozy.

No significant complaints. Not if you were to travel there for work there isn’t a desk in the room.

The staff was very polite and attentive. The location was awesome. Short walking distance to a large number of restaurants. Just down the street was an awesome park (Parque General San Martin). Area was very clean and we felt very safe.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We had a nice widow view of the street, and it was very quiet. The staff, especially Luciano, was all very helpful, friendly, and gave us great information and tips. They were just wonderful! The location is one block from a huge park. We enjoyed walking there after dinner, and seen all the people enjoying being outside. We loved the parks!

Everything is absolutely perfect! The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are spacious, and it is the best location in Mendoza City. All the cafes, bars, and restaurants, along with a huge marvelous park, are literally around the corner.

Bit noisy in the morning

The room was equipped with light blocking curtains …. But unfortunately a genius thought is it would be great idea to have a metallic ceiling reflecting the light day (sun) and NIGHT (street lamps). Kind of defeated the purpose. The beds are really hard and even with mattress topped your arms and legs go to sleep if in the wrong position. It is really overpriced for what it is.

We stayed 3 night overall.Ill start by saying that the breakfast was poor, no options at all. More so we had a very odd situation. We came back to the room at night time, heading to the shower. My friend almost immediately noticed something is off. Her new full bottle of face wash (she got 4 days before) was almost finished. Her new body lotion was open, and not full anymore. My new perfume was not so new anymore. We immediately went down to the lobby, not sure what to do. The man in the receiving didn’t give us any answers. He called the owner of the hotel, she, as well didnt try to help, treated me like I was lying and said that no one entered the room other than the cleaning crew and they are to be trusted. She wouldn’t listen and offer me to call the police (it was 22:00, we had a flight at 6:00 in the morning). Of course, I dont know any of them- why should I trust them? There were not cameras in the bathroom, so we could not confirmed anything, but honestly- what could have happen? It was a bad experience , that left a bad taste…

The location was good, the design was nice.
