Simple breakfast but still nice

Staff is amazing and very much available. Have cheaper transfer option for visiting the glacier and bile for rent very cheap. Cozy environment overall, very clean.

The breakfast is included, but consists of bread and jam, buttrer, dulce de leche. Coffee was ok.

Great place owned by a local family. Friendly people, super clean, great prices and good WIFI. A few blocks from the grocery store and the main street.

Nice, warm house with comfortable rooms and big and well equipped kitchen. Dorms were only 3 beds, and every room had its own bathroom. They also arranged a good shuttle service to the glacier for a good price. Coty was a super kind and good host! She also provides a breakfast, with delicious home made jam. And don't forget to look at her cool art pieces hanging around the house! :D

There was an error with the keys (they just had one set) when I arrived around 10pm so I had to wait until about 11:30pm to get into my room.

Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed, space heater for when it got too cold. Staff was helpful.

- no lockers and no room key - the breakfast is with various types of jam, so if you are not into sweets, there is nothing to eat for you - the owner speaks only Spanish - no towels although they were included in the description on Booking.com - some electrical sockets are not functioning - if you want to pay by card, you will pay with 10% more...

Location is 5 min walking from main street, cafes and pizza places abound. Small hostel, provide decent breakfast, friendly staff. Fast accommodation and payment, permanent presence, provide useful info. Modest priced

There are a lot of dogs hanging out around the hostel in all directions, and sometimes they follow or even chase you. I am personally scared of dogs, and this made me feel quite uncomfortable. The showers are a little difficult to handle, but nothing crazy. There was no soap in the bathrooms which I think should be standard even in a hostel. There are no lockers, and the rooms cannot be locked - the environment is super safe, but it might be important for you to know.

Lovely family-run hostel. Feels like a home. The owners helped me out with a bunch of things and even kept my bag for a week after I left at no charge. If you come at low-season, you might want to just book for one night and ask to stay longer which will make it even more affordable. I booked for a dormitory and actually ended up in a double room with another stranger - a very nice surprise. I met nice people here. The breakfast was simple and ok. Overall, this was a great choice because it's the cheapest hostel I could find that offers decent service.

There were no keys for our room (they had lost it) or for our bathroom, meaning other people were clearly using it. Hand soap wasn't provided

Staff is super friendly and welcoming, location is good (near the centre but in a quiet area, although the neighborhood looked at bit rough), breakfast was simple but so happy it was provided! Also appreciated the laundry service for a small fee.

The beds are not very comfortable. And first we thought it was a cheap place. But they use the blue dollar rate. So then it is not that cheap. Then there are places which are a lot better for the same price in town

The staff, i think its a family, is very friendly. We asked them to wash out clothes and they also hang them to dry when we were out. They dont speak English but they make an effort
