***BEWARE THEY SCAM YOU*** Upon checking in, they claimed our credit card couldn't be charged which we used in booking.com. We had booked via booking.com 1 night for 160 US Dollars (which is also the same price the hotel has on their own homepage). They asked us for our credit card which we gave. Without showing us the amount we afterwards realized they charged us 57'500 Argentinian pesos, which is almost double! the amount and in the wrong currency (almost 300 USD). When we confronted them they used excuses (e.g. we should check with booking.cok as they gave a wrong price, they use BlueDollar, they cannot charge us in USD etc.) and insisted they couldn't change this. If we hadn't insisted on cancellation of their credit charge and us paying 160 USD in cash, we would've had to pay 300 USD for 1 single night. Rooms are solid but very noisy (you can hear EVERYTHING) and for this amount (or less) you will probably find better hotels slightly less central. Do not book this hotel!

I came to this hotel for the location. That worked out well. I was able to keep my luggage and coats there while walking around before my ship was ready to board. I also wanted a restaurant on the property after traveling so many hours. Dinner and breakfast were right there, and that helped me relax. Food was good. I would suggest more wines by the glass. I would like to try more wines from Argentina. My room was quiet. I was surprised that there were few blankets on the bed. I was afraid that I would get cold, but I did not. I slept well.

I was expecting more for the price they charge. The breakfast was ok but not great. I got a problem with my flight returning home so after my cruise, the cruise company arranged a hospitality suite at the hotel, so since I stayed with the couple of days before, I asked them to keep my bags for some time until it was time to go to the airport and I just got a plain no.

A large glass at breakfast... I would recommend a fitted sheet for the bottom of the bedding..... my bottom sheet kept coming losing...

Great location for the port and walking around the area. A complete breakfast with eggs and all the trimmings. Staff was constantly replenishing items....great view at the restaurant and bar

The walls are paper thin so very noisy disappointing for nearly £200 per night. People leaving all night long slamming doors and chatting loudly in corridors. Room uncomfortably hot but when we opened window noisy traffic all night

Lovely hotel with very helpful and kind staff. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and a bath to relax in after a long day of hiking and sailing on the Beagle Channel. The location was amazing.

My only complaint is the room was too warm. It was otherwise perfect.

It was a nice location with a comfortable room with all the accessories I wanted, including free breakfast and a restaurant. The biggest thing for me was the staff were super helpful and spoke English.

Hotel promoted free jacuzzi and sauna service, both of them are not working. Check out time is 10 am. Staff were not nice, specially night shift at front desk and restaurant staff at breakfast. TV image quality really bad. The smell of bed lining had a strong detergent smell.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The staffs are not helpful at all. Room is small and dirty. Even we left the room at 8am and came back at 3.30pm, the room was not even cleaned still. Front desk staffs make us feel not welcome at all. worse hotel stay ever. please do not stay here.

Not great value for money. Breakfast was ok, not the best. Room was not sound proof so could hear alot from the rooms next door. The gym equipment was minimal (about 4 pieces of equipment and not much space). There is a sauna but the shower and jacuzzi weren't working in the spa.

Location is excellent, very central. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
