The bathrooms - toilet cubicles were very small and not all with working locks.

Staff were fantastic. Very helpful with booking tours and recommending things to do. Security camera at the entrance. Nice chill out room and could use all the facilities after checkout. Perfect location. Like the curtains on the bunks.

Great location in the middle of the city and good breakfast. The staff can help with suggestions of activies and places to visit and make reservations for you as well.

Sometimes it smelled of drains a bit, it was very noisy by the kitchen. The toilet cubicles were small and showers had a curtain with little space to hang your clothes and get dressed - however I would 100% stay here again it was great!

It was a great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and spices and oil to use, it was cleaned often and the beds had curtains and a plug

Bathrooms are basic. Its manageable but a few upgrades and proper maintenance would make the stay even better.

the only thing needs to mention is that some taps in bathroom need to be repaired as either out of service or having water drips constantly. Door locks in bathroom could not be welled locked.

Loved so much about this hostel. The staff are amazing. The location is excellent. Love having the curtains for the bed and the chill out and working rooms. The vibe is great. Kitchen is solid. And despite the relatively small ratio of toilets and showers to beds, they were never crowded. Am 100% planning to stay again.

Toilet stalls are small and difficult to lock the doors but functional.

Wonderful staff, helpful and kind. Arranged all sorts of excursions last minute. Breakfast is basic but fine. Camera at the front door so felt safer. Great chill out room where you can relax before/after check in. Fast WiFi. Light, shelf, sockets by bed. Perfect location. I had a lot of luggage and the lockers were a squeeze but manageable, easily fits a backpack.

Excellent hostel, at a fair price in a somewhat expensive city. Staff were super nice which goes a long way in my books. Nice breakfast, and decent common areas for socialising, and dormitory was spacious and quiet enough for my liking. Central location. Moved here from other hostel and was not disappointed.

This hostel was so much better because of its staff. I can't single one of them out but I interacted with 3 receptionist who were amazingly accomodating. They answered all of my questions, helping with excursions booking and most of all recommended me the hikes that aren't popular and more demanding, which was perfect for me. They were alsl quick to respond to my WhatsApp text when I didn't bother them at the reception Besides that, the hostel is located on the main street and has a nice brrakfast

I can't think of anything, I loved the hostel.

I loved this stay and would like to have stayed longer. It is well located as it is right in the centre without being in a noisy place. I liked that the hostel had different areas, social ones and a really cosy, comfortable relax/quiet area. The bedrooms were well thought out with privacy curtains, plugs, lights for each bed and plenty of space to sit up in bed etc... It allowed for privacy and a comfortable nights sleep. A very friendly and sociable hostel. Family run and the family were around and clearly cared about customers being happy. The breakfast was the same every day but was very good. Good to book tourist buses and boat trips through them as they offer a very good discount. I don't think the photos on Booking.com are as nice as the place actually is.

Downstairs area smelled a bit funny, there didn’t seem to be a lot of security. Booking process was a bit complex, but in the end they allowed me to pay via the Booking .com platform.

Good straightforward hostel in very, very central location in Ushuaia. Helpful, English-speaking staff. Hot showers, reasonable hostel beds + communal kitchen. Simple but sufficient breakfast (they provide you your utensils for the stay). Will buy blue rate dollars at check-in desk, assuming they have not cashed out on Pesos for the day. Coworking space with decent (though not exceptional) wifi upstairs. Note that they do *not* provide towels.

Bathrooms and facilities are a long walk through reception. Most rooms surround reception and kitchen so it can be loud. Layout could be improved.

Great location on main street. Can book tours and change curren y at reception which is useful. I had 4 bed female dorm and curtains and Privacy is great.
