We found the location a little bit outside of the nice area of Palermo - there isn't much to do around.

Very spacious room and well equiped! Breakfast was good and varied. Staff was amazing at providing information and accomodations. They have a free snack bar which is very nice after a long day of exploring.

We had a Deluxe Suite with balcony which overlooks the street. Unfortunately it is also very close to the main throughfare which can be quite noisy - though it does go quiet for a few hours during the night. If quiet is important to you, best to book a room at the back of the property.

Huge apartment. Super helpful staff. Clean throughout. Good breakfast options. Food and beverages (including alcoholic) available at all times in the common area. Good neighbourhood.

I couldn't think of a single thing.

The staff at Shoshana have gone above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as humanly possible. I asked them for gluten- and lactosefree options, and they were incredible in providing me with everything I could possibly think of, ensuring I had everything I needed. Overall, they were very attentive, helpful in advising us on the best places to go and how to get there, and offering us water, coffee, juice, and food whenever we came back to the hotel.

Everything was great

Everything was excellent. From the beginning Ezequiel was very welcoming, the location is great, very nice area to walk, the place is super nice, so clean, breakfast was so beautifully presented. The decor is so pretty and very good taste. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. This is the first time I post a review that I have nothing to suggest, I enjoyed staying at Shoshana Hotel Boutique.

The room is very spacious, with a balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon. The bed was super comfy and the shower was great. The team are probably some of the best I’ve ever encountered, they were so friendly, helpful and couldn’t have done more. The breakfast choices were lovely, and very tasty. And they kindly gave us some NYE goodies to celebrate seeing the new year in. Would def recommend staying here as the location is great, and the team are brilliant.

From the moment I arrived at this charming hotel, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and security that made my stay truly memorable. The room was surprisingly spacious and also very clean. The well-maintained property, with its secure access and attentive staff, also provided a reassuring sense of safety, allowing me to unwind and enjoy my stay without any concerns. However, the true gems of this establishment are the people who work there. Ezekiel and Santiago's (and the other gentleman whose name I did not catch) kindness and helpfulness went above and beyond. Their genuine care for each guest shone through in their actions, from offering insightful local recommendations to accommodating special requests with grace and efficiency. Their warm and welcoming approach made a significant difference in my experience. My chats with Ezekiel about his passion for soccer were also a highlight of my trip (and btw I did make it to the Argentina v. Uruguay game....bad result but amazing experience!!). The hotel was also stocked with delicious food, providing for a nice breakfast as well as even a late night snack when I got in late one evening and they just suggested I eat some of the provided food rather than going back out to find a place to eat. Overall, this hotel is a delightful discovery for any traveler seeking comfort, security, and a touch of heartfelt hospitality. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the exceptional service, and I look forward to my next visit.

We stayed 4 nights without our luggage as it was delayed...airline fault. The staff were execellent assisting us especially as we do not speak spanish. They made all necessary phone calls during the day so we could enjoy our holiday. The owner even offered clothes and a jacket for Patagonia.

Good variety of breakfast options and available 24 hours. Always fresh. Was also offered scrambled eggs or omelet. Very large room. Common area thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. Good location for walking or using public transport.

Many thanks to the owner and excellent staff! They made everything possible to make our stay in their facility, and generally in Buenos Aires, pleasant and convenient. They were always at our disposal to help with any type of requests we had. We liked a room which was really spacious and clean. One more great thing is to have some snacks, fruits and cakes available 24/7 in the lobby.

Bed & room were very comfortable and lobby was very comfortable with a selection of food and drink available at all times. Security was excellent & it’s an easy walk to Palermo Soho, many excellent restaurants and Plaza Italia. The staff were outstanding - friendly, helpful and happy to make arrangements for us, including currency exchange delivered to the hotel after hours and a very early taxi pickup to the airport.
