Excellent location and very spacious. Nice heating system, and the views of the ocean from windows are stunning. Very clean and nicely equipped. It was our best accomodation during our trip in Argentina. Absolutely coming back.

Check out and payment was done over the phone, not with the host, but with a 3rd party administrator. Communication was somewhat difficult, despite having a native Spanish speaker on our side. The end result was we were charged twice for the apartment in error and we believe it is being taken care of without problem.

our host communicated with us in advance and so arrived at the same time we did to let us in, show us around the apartment, answer any questions and give us the keys. The apartment was airy, sunny and enough room for the 4 of us. The location was perfect, right in the center, but on a side street. While parking was not provided, it was easy to find on the street.

The road (San Martin) can be quite noisy, even if the accommodation is well isolated. It took a lot of time also to receive an invoice, which was necessary as this was a professional stay.

The apartment is in excellent state and very well located in Ushuaia. Everything needed is available, and the view on the Beagle channel is exceptional. The persons I was in contact with were very friendly, responsive and helpful.

Some street noise from weekend party goers. A few more kitchen supplies would have been nice (e.g. oil, spices) and more toilet paper for our four night stay (we had to buy more).

We enjoyed the spacious, well appointed, 2br apartment with views of the channel. Location was easy walking to the port, shopping and great restaurants. We enjoyed having the kitchen for making most of our meals. Washing machine was very handy for washing the towels and our clothes.

Location is absolutely perfect, it is close to everything in town. Modern design, clean and well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom. Staff is friendly and helpful, realized our wish quickly. If you visit Ushuaia for a longer stay, highly recommended.

Cleanliness had to be adjusted as we arrived but it was sorted out properly. Both bedrooms should have night tables with lamps. No cable tv provided- just YouTube, etc

The elevator was out of service a few times during our stay. It would have been great to have kitchen towels and hand towels.

Location was perfect, beds were comfortable and rooms were very spacious and modern. We were able to leave our luggage prior check-in time.

The apartment is new, super clean, and is in a vwr convenient location. Quiet, yet within steps you are on the main strip. We travel children of 11 and 14 yo and the 2BR apartment was perfect for us.

I would like to warn all guests away from staying at this hotel. We were robbed during our stay from our room, but this wasn’t the worst bit. The reaction of property and hotel management was demeaning, accusatory and aggressive. We were lied to, accused of lying about the theft, and shouted at by management in our attempts to uncover what happened. We believe this was an inside job, with significant sums of cash taken from different bags, and are grateful for booking.com for recognising this and for partially compensating us for this horrible experience.

The toilet was leaking when we arrived & had a pungent odour. The owner did say he was getting it looked at after we left. The biggest problem for us was the noise. The apartment is not well soundproofed so you can hear the neighbours chairs squeaking above & the street noise is pretty bad. We had loud cars keeping us awake at 2am both nights we were there. It’s a good apartment for 2 people but not really for 3. Our son used the sofa bed & wasn’t comfortable. There were a few small things that could make it better such as providing tea towels, bedside lamps (there is one to share), more towel rails, filling the shower gel (we almost ran out) etc. Payment was a bit of a hassle too. We couldn’t pay by card & only found out the afternoon before we left so had to arrange collection of cash. Maybe this could have been talked about at check in.

Location is excellent. Close to restaurants, shops, supermarket. The apartment is clean, spacious and quite new. Main bed is very comfortable. The owner is friendly.
