A Highly Unsuitable Choice for Hiking Tourists I recently had the misfortune of staying at your facility, and I must express my deep disappointment with the experience. It became evident that this establishment is primarily designed to accommodate sports teams during competitions or training sessions, rather than catering to the needs and expectations of common El Bolson hiking tourists like myself. First and foremost, the location above a gym and sports hall proved to be an insurmountable obstacle to a peaceful stay. The constant noise from ongoing practices and games persisted until late at night, depriving guests of the tranquility they seek after a long day of outdoor activities. Additionally, the fact that the shower and toilet facilities were shared with the gym's changing room was not only inconvenient but also fell far below the standards one would expect from a dedicated accommodation. Adding to the list of grievances, the lack of heating in the oversized and poorly insulated dorm room was a significant letdown. The absence of a heating system in a room housing 14 bunk beds created an uncomfortable and chilly environment, making it difficult to relax and unwind. Furthermore, the lack of a ladder for the bunk beds presented a safety concern, as guests had to struggle to access their sleeping quarters. The scarcity of only six lockers for all the guests raised serious security issues, as anyone utilizing the gym facilities could potentially gain access to the dormitory. This compromised the privacy and safety of guests staying at the facility. Moreover, the early morning start of the gym, accompanied by music from as early as 6 a.m., further added to the overall unpleasant experience. The inconvenience continued with the facility's remote location, far from essential amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants, as there is no kitchen available.

New and clean bed sheets, blankets and pillows.
