We were missing more variety for breakfast. Croissants were not good. Eggs not always warm. These are small things that can be improved.

Hotel and a room were very clean. Staff was kind, they were storing our luggage the last day after check-out, they also provided different pillows. The best was a heated swimming pool. Not large, but it was always warm. Good location.

The view from the room. No real view as such and it overlooked an opposite hotel room. Curtains had to be drawn for privacy.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff, most of whom spoke some English. Good breakfast and also a restaurant for lunch and dinner with a set menu as well as a la carte. Room was a adequate if a little dated but had effective air conditioning, a personal safe and a mini bar. The 'view' from the room was bad - closely overlooking other hotel rooms. Other rooms were available with views if required but more expensive.

The elevators can be slow during peak times. The room was a bit small. The wifi was good but not great.

This is the second time we have stayed a this hotel. We were visiting family that live close by. It's very walkable, with a beautiful park nearby and several ice cream shops and cafes. There's an ATM and a post office very close by, as well as a pharmacy. There's a 24 hour kiosk right next door with plenty of snacks and cold drinks. The hotel breakfast is a buffet style and very satisfying, with fresh fruit such as melons and peeled citrus fruit. There's 2 kinds of medialunas and many other pastries. Gluten free pastries are available if you just ask. They have hot coffee, milk, tea, juice and water to drink. There's also scrambled eggs with potatoes, and some salad options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They sent up extra towels quickly. The shower was very warm and the room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The king size bed was larger than what we have at home. They also have same day laundry, will call a taxi for you, can assist with tours. One day some family met us for coffee at the hotel restaurant. It was very convenient for us.

There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room, which was a huge problem. Hot tea/ coffee should be available 24/7. Dining room staff were not helpful upon request to give us hot water. And also refused to open a bottle of wine ( we were there to celebrate my friend ‘s birthday)

Noise from the street and neighboring rooms made it difficult to sleep. The noise from the street was all night and we were on the 10th floor.

Elevators were very small.

Excellent value. We had one king size and one smaller bed for our daughter. The breakfast buffet had many fresh options, including scrambled eggs, melons, cold cuts, Argentine medialunas, and fresh hot coffee. I told them my daughter has celiac and the waitress promptly brought out a basket of gluten free breads and cookies for her. The pool was very warm and comfortable. The hotel helped with calling a cab and luggage storage after checkout.

Advertised as 4-star hotel but features missing: no face clothes in bathroom; no towel rack- no place to hang towels or robes except in the shower; no tissues; no counter space in bathroom; poor lighting over sink. The plumbing is not properly vented so it is very noisy. Daily breakfast was plentiful and fresh, but every day was exactly the same. No flexibility about check in (would not budge until 2pm, although they held our luggage until check in).

Very convenient location; nice on-site restaurant; nice breakfast; pleasant lobby looks like it was recently renovated; bright, quiet room on upper floor. Nicely cleaned every day. Front desk staff very helpful; friendly staff. No smoking in hotel!
