We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHonestly this is our 7th country and 50th hotel in south America , this one is the best value for money for everything. Well done you've made critical Europeans happy
Surprising last minute book that gave us everything we could have wanted. The best location we could have asked for under the lights of the cathedral next door, that people have to travel from afar to see. We booked modestly but received a spacious room complete with modern walk in shower , flat screen and a UK super king size bed which was very comfortable. You can walk down in your pjs and catch the fountain lightshow every hour from 8pm outside of the plaza and / or get a coffee from directly below. Can be noisy until 12ish pm..... but you're in Argentina....if you're not going outside you're not travelling south America properly. We loved it and would stay again. With the blue dollar rate this room cost us £20 in total for a night......well worth it with or without the excellent rate as of June 2023...if you walk directly down the road to the fruta bae neuvo cordoba (cross over one block) about 5 minutes towards the bus terminus direction you'll also have your best breakfast in south America....french toast with berries or actual gigantic croissant ( not a sorry medialuna) with a strong smooth coffee more European style( not a burnt tasting bitter coffee like I'm sure you're getting used to by now). You're welcome European amigos!

Australiait was absolutely horrendous of an experience. at 9am for two hours a building construction was drilling the wall inside of my bedroom for two hours. how can a hotel do this to their guests and profit money. it was so noisy. they didn’t bother giving me any sort of compensation for this. there was mould on the curtains and outside the window cars honking from morning to night two days straight. I do not recommend this hotel at all

CanadaRooms facing the street (we were in room 106) very very very noisy all night long. Bed very hard and thin cover. Parking lot small and difficult to navigate.
Location was the best thing about this hotel, close to tourist center, close to restaurants. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. Very clean. Parking right next to hotel.
