Our bedroom was not very clean in general and the smell coming from the bathroom drain was a bit off-putting. Might be a good idea for the owners to put a night shade close to the bed or something for night time since the big light switch is on the other side of the room.

The location was great, walking distance to the main roads/square/etc. Staff were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was also ok. The shared bathroom downstairs was always clean. We had a private room and it was ok. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The internet connection is poor, always disconnect at room and need go for public areas, it’s inconvenient, I did address the issues twice and the staff try to fix it, however, the situation was not changed.

The front desk staff is quite nice and helpful.

Our private room was far from the bathrooms and extremely noisy at night from the street. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to the central square BUT very close to the bus station.

The staff are friendly, the kitchen is well-equipped and very big and the breakfast is amazing- so much is offered!

The bunk bed in my room were quite shaky and unbraced/unsecured resulting in interrupted sleep whenever one of the two people in the bunks moves - Making for a poor sleeping environment.

A well run hostel. The very large kitchen-common area is air-conditioned and spacious. An absolutely wonderful and useful feature is the check-out lockers - Full size lockers which can be used by guests who arrive early or leave well after checkout time. The day-lockers are secure and convenient. I wish other hostels would adopt this traveller-guest benefit, as it is a great feature of this hostel. The showers were ice-cold which was wonderful as the afternoon outside temperatures during my stay were above 30°C

The mattress on the bottom bunk in my room probably needs to be replaced, as it sinks a bit in the middle.

Good value for money, nice & friendly staff, good facilities (ping pong table, etc). There’s a nice roof terrace too. The New Years Eve party that they put on was great fun, and the asado was excellent!

- wifi is patchy sometimes - rooms that face street are very noisy, impossible to sleep many bus passes - you have to pay for towel - no hand soap in private rooms with private bathroom

Some of the toilets doors didn't lock, the room didn't have as many lockers as there were beds.

The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning. It's close to the city centre. The kitchen is well equipped and the breakfast is good. There's a ping pong table and other games to use.

At night and early in the morning, some staff members would watch movies or blast their music at the reception. If you sleep in one of the private rooms, it's hard to get a good night sleep like this.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even though they didn't speak English, but still tried their best to help. There is a good mix between shared and mixed bathrooms that are very clean. The pool area in the garden is amazing to relax on hot days. The city centre is just a few blocks from the hostel, good walking distance.

The room wasn't very clean and there was a strange smell. Location is not amazing (20min walk from the main plaza), but very close to the bus terminal.

Bedroom was spacious and there was even air-conditioning. The common bathroom was nice and the shower had hot water. Breakfast was very nice (buffet). The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was good.

The two boys of ghe rezeption had been lovely and they gave a big afford to make a nice breakfast. Hostel is very close to the citybysses, the terminal and the center. I enjoyed to stay there.

Some info about activities was tough to get from the staff. For example, local bus times and free hikes in the area. But if you wanted to book a more expensive activity it seemed like they were helpful. Also It didnt feel super easy to meet new people while I was there.

The 8-bed dormitory was in a dismal state; the room emitted a foul odor, likely due to poor hygiene of the people but also for an inadequate ventilation. The beds were old and uncomfortable, with yellowed sheets, and the absence of power outlets near the beds was inconvenient. Furthermore, the bathrooms were not well-maintained, and the weak Wi-Fi signal in the room only added to the discomfort.

The hostel's breakfast was of excellent quality, and the staff was remarkably friendly and accommodating. Additionally, its proximity to the bus terminal, just a five-minute walk away, proved to be convenient for travelers arriving or departing from the area.

Management is not the best , I had to stay on e more nights due to bus cancellation , and was placed bad dorm in a basement at the same price as the other dorms and they didn't let me know before I paid Also , first 2 days they was no WiFi , and the 2 days after that no water ....

There was a particular smell in the room, probably due to no windows. It is very loud at night with the door buzzer and people in the hallways and bathroom.

The washrooms/showers need improvement. The wifi didn't work on my last day staying there. Only one charging outlet in the room for 4 bunks.

Staff are friendly and helpful but the washrooms and showers are very basic and pretty grungy (don't have real doors etc). The kitchen is bit as it the dinning/common area. AC runs in the rooms only at night. Gets very hot otherwise.

The room (and especially the bathroom) were not in a good condition: mold signs in the wall and there was constantly water on the floor. It was also quite noisy at night as you could hear all cars from the window.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with all the questions we asked them. Location is ok.
