Rooms are a bid old, there was some mold in the bathroom. We had a good price though and only stayed one night so for us it was completely fine.

The room was really hot. We had to turn off all heating and have the window open. The street noise and the noise from other guests was very loud.

Reception was very accommodating, helpful and cheerful. Location was excellent but very noisy. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and diverse.

Book spa before you visit as if gets booked up and then you will not be able to use it.

There is no air conditioning and the room got a little stuffy even with the window open all night, though we were given a fan, which did help. It does not have its own car parking facilities but it was no problem parking the car we rented in an independent car parking facility nearby.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and did their utmost to make this holiday stay enjoyable for our family, including our baby grandson. The breakfast included was exceptionally good. The hotel offers lounges with very comfortable chairs as well as comfortable chairs in the individual rooms.

It may be better in the winter, but I stayed in February on some of the hottest days of the year and the rooms on the street side were intolerable. There is one little window with no air circulation and if you open the windows it is like a greenhouse. Also it was very noisy at night, there are several restaurants below the hotel windows so you will here the traffic and people all night even with the window closed, the rooms are not sound proof. And no parking available makes it very difficult to park nearby the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, not a lot of options.

Great location! Everything in the city center is easy to access from the hotel. Near the church, boardwalk, restaurant and shopping. I think this would be a better place to stay in the winter than summer. The spa was nice to have after a long day out with a massage therapist available in the evenings. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our room was quite hot and with no a/c we had to open the window but as it's in tge centre of town it was quite noisy. Such a shame as everything else was great. Breakfast could have started earlier too as so many people need to get away early for flights, excursions etc. 7.15 start meant we had to rush and only grabbed a few bites.

Loved the warm welcome and the free welcome drink at the bar, so nice after a long journey. We found the location perfect as right in the centre and a short walk to the lake front as well as the main street. Loved the beds in our room too, really nice, crisp bedding. The price we paid was less than some hostels we've stayed at so we thought the quality for money was great.

The hotel and staff were perfect, with the exception that the hotel can not arrange taxis. This is the first time I have ever experienced this with a hotel. The receptionist said they can arrange a private car, but cannot call for taxis. And the private cars were not available. They say the only option is for you to go into the street to find a taxi. This is peculiar at best, but can be a major problem when needing to get to the airport (as there were no taxis anywhere near the hotel - within 3 streets!). So plan ahead for this problem…

The property is in an excellent location. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast is amazing.

It is quite old with cracks in flooring etc but this didn’t bother us too much. The spa area is only open from 5:30-9:30pm with booking for 30 min slot required. We booked the first time slot but the jacuzzi was too hot to get into, like burn your skin hot. We asked if cool water could be added but this was not possible as I presume it’s like a bath that has to stay hot until end of the session …but it hadn’t cooled down within our 30 min slot so we had to leave without using it, as our time was up. Disappointing. Would recommend others book a later slot if available

Our room smelled really bad. We thought that it was the blankets, but in the end we noticed it was the walls! It had smell of mold abd really influenced our experience their.

Didn’t have any facilities in the room, we couldn’t have 2 glasses at night because the restaurant was close. Buffet for breakfast was good, but to ask for someone to serve you wasn’t nice and easy.

Breakfast was not very good. Only high sugar items. Would have been nice to have some more yogurt, granola, seeds options. Spa was lovely but it felt uncomfortable that a staff member stayed in the room during our appointment. We've never experienced this in other hotels.

Our fridge did not seem to be working at all. There is no air conditioning, so it was a bit warm in the room during summer.

Clean and comfortable accommodation! Breakfast was varied and good. The location is great! We were also given a glass of wine complementary the first night of our stay. The staff is nice and helpful.

We wanted a place to stay between dropping off our hire car (Hertz office is very close) and getting the coach to Chile (a short bus ride to the coach terminal). This worked well and the price was reasonable, considering Bariloche is very expensive. The lobby was pleasant, but rooms were small and tired and no air conditioning. Breakfast was standard continental.
