The wifi did not work most of the time as well as the lifts. The tv of our first room did not work despite we changed rooms the TV from the second room had some channels problems.

The place could do with an overall upgrade. Moldy walls in the hallways, and the toilet in my room was broken. The elevator was very old and didn’t seem serviced very recently..I took the stairs as it was tiny and pretty terrifying. That said, for the price it’s a great hotel for a one night stopover.

our room seemed a bit tired, door to deckchair sized balcony was broken, we couldn’t reliably get the room safe to work and only 1 of the 3 lifts appeared to be working making it difficult for the housekeeping staff and guests at higher levels than us.

The room was not dirty but the rest was. Wifi is terrible. The bathroom not nice, specially the shower. The elevators did not work properly. We had a mini freadge at the room that didnt cool anything.

i was there at the holidays, and staff where defy it nice and not polite. the internet was terrible and the answer I got from the staff was- they didn’t tell you when you check in the wifi is bad? I stay for 10 nights as I couldn’t find other place. the Pool never open at time elevators usually didn’t work and the rooms are different from pictures

elevators are slow and takes a long time to get to high floors..breakfast every day the same no vegatables and desent bread all the furniture are worn out.

In general the hotel is very outdated. It looks like the most of the things there were not repeared for ages. Wifi was not working for the 90% of time that I was there. Lack of common commodities like, for example, drinking water in room. It's totally doesn't meet the price you pay for it

Close to the airport. Staff member checking us in was lovely and organised a taxi for us. Shower was good.

The hotel is starting to look tired. Some rooms more so than others. The pool is in the shade most of the day and there is little room for the sun beds. Most of the usual facilities were closed most likely due to covid . The staff do not speak English and they insisted on charging 20% tax on the price you see is what you pay promise. Overall it was very adequate for our needs but nothing special.

Location was fairly close to parks to the right and the Soho district to the left as you exit hotel. The breakfast was very tasty but fairly basic and you can take your tray to your room to eat. Close to bus and metro routes into town.

Location was great. The staff is used to the complains. The overall facility is not up to date. Had to call the handyman in 4 occasions because of toilet flush getting stuck. The faucet was hard to open, and my card to open the door room was getting unprogrammed so I had to go to the lobby every time so they can reprogram it. I was on the 13th floor and only 1 elevator working, so I had to take stairs down many times with a 4 year old. The last day i discovered a tick by the curtains.

The building is really old, and the rooms could be more clean and tidy. Everything needs a renovation.

The staff was really helpful and lovely with us. They were willing to help us every time we need it. The location is the best. Good for the price if you stay is for one night.

The beds aren't to comfortable, they seem old or cheap. Just a few parking spaces, much less than the rooms available. They had four elevators, but just one was working and my room was on the 15 floor.

Excellent attention from the staff. For the price is all right in all matters. Delicious breakfast
