The heating system without a thermostat in the room. The staff were helpful to fix this. However, it takes a while for the temperature to come down. Otherwise, it's an excellent place to stay in El Calafate.

The room was very warm. Pretty good after to arrive from cold long days tour. Shower watr was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Ramiro that help with my transfers and booking a day tour.

Close and easily walking distance from bus terminal while being centrally located. Very comfy bed in clean and warm accommodation. Breakfast was a buffet style, diverse and good selection of foods, even with self-made fruit salad, going beyond the ‚usual‘ breakfasts we had in prior accommodations (toast, cheese and ham).

Our room was a little too hot, and didn't have a way to regulate the temperature other than opening the window.

Perfect spot to leave for tours. All the essentials, plus a bar, and really really helpful staff. Packed breakfast is great!

The room is not very soundproofing so earplugs are definitely recommended!

Quite small room, very thin walls so a little noisy, wash basin was in bedroom rather than bathroom which was a bit odd🤷‍♀️

Location was great, walking distance to Main Street where all the restaurants were. Breakfasts good. All tours pick up from this location. Staff were fantastic, so helpful.

The heating of the rooms is through the floor. You cannot adjust it, so the only possibility was to open the window as the room was too hot.

Good location, good breakfast. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Rooms are simple, but you have everything you need.

The only downside was we had rooms on the first floor so had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs but staff were very helpful and willing to take them up for you if required.

As tours start early, it would’ve been nice to have breakfast served from 6am rather than 6:30. The lady organising the breakfast is very strict, it was a problem to have extra coffee while rushing for the tour (brewed coffee is served). The breakfast is mainly cold cuts, cakes and cereals.

Very convenient location. Most tours will pick you up from this hotel.

The breakfast is very basic and not that good. Juice is artificial, and some of the food was not really fresh. The variety is also limited. The rooms are very very basic, some light fixtures were not working at all, bad lightning, electric plugs weren't all working. The place needs some maintaining, specially being a very touristy place and having lots of people in and out all the time.

The location of the hotel is really good, close to the center of town but not in the middle of it. The hotel is nice, although basic. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

The toilet paper in the private room was way too thin and kept tearing. It was also from a dispenser typically used in hostels. I think it’s worth having better toilet paper for the private rooms.

The bathroom was a little dirty with moulds and some hair left. The room was cold when we entered and no heating was available.

The location is good. 15 minutes from the El Calafate bus terminal and it was convenient for us to take a trip to El Chalten. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good. They have a water server and a restaurant inside the hotel. This was helpful for us too.
