It was a bit far from the town. It was about a 2km walk down the mountain to the town or a simple cab ride. Location was pleasant but a little inconvenient. The restaurant in the hotel was very basic

The kitchen in the restaurant isn't worthy. The food is not so bad, but it is not at the level for such hotel.

The general comfort level was good but not excellent (bed, bathroom), and it was far away from town so I had to get a taxi to get to/from the hotel.

It was a quiet and beautiful location, if a little out of the way. The room was bigger than I expected, and the view was beautiful.

Perhaps more variety in the breakfast would be nice as it was the same each day.

Wonderful location with stunning views of Ushuaia harbour and the Beagle Channel and the surrounding mountains. Easy distance to the city, national park and glacier. Rooms are well appointed. Nice breakfast buffet.

Hotel seems a little "out-dated" but still has real charme

Charming hotel with a real wintersport feeling; beautiful view onto the bay and the glacier/mountain; fantastic restaurant across the road; parking easy; very good breakfast; good own bar and restaurant facilities.

Breakfast and bar food is ok. Not many varieties and food is not that good. Shower is not good. Shower curtains fell down twice. Wi-Fi was not working one morning.

The view is amazing. Hotel is comfy. I rate it as a 3 stars hotel. Bed, mattress and pillow are good.

the breakfast should be a bit more diverse, given the fact that these days you have many vegetarians. Also the food, especially breakfast should not be more or less the same every day. Otherwise the quality of the food is good.

the location has a nice overview over the harbour and also the snowy mountains, depending which side your room is situated. the only issue is that it is a bit far from the centre of the City itself, otherwise excellent.

Staffing is insufficient when large groups arrive. Physical facilities need maintenance in the rooms and in common areas. Long wait for taxis to town and it’s too far to walk. Food is mediocre, but not much different from restaurants in town.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. they went out of their way to help with a lost item. Good views.

Breakfast is very poor, worse than you would expect from a 3-star hotel. Literally 1 option of hot dish (poorly prepared eggs), very little options for people with restrictions. Fruit salad is apple +apple. Really needs improvement…

The Hotel is de-financed in term of cleaning staff, Restaurant Menus, Kitchen staff, and General maintenance. For the price paid i would have expected something more, or at least for the Restaurant and Bar to be more reasonably priced and not taking 50 mins to deliver a simple sandwich with soggy french fries.

The view is awesome. There is a great restaurant in front of the property. They offer some hours of free transport back and forth to the city, but a taxi is not expensive either.

For the price that is paid, breakfast could be better. There is no restaurant working yet.

Excellent staff attention. Really good view. Close to Martial area (for ski beginners). I prefer not being close to Downtown.

Breakfast (knowing Wyndham brand) was awfull, not tasty at all, poor choice.

Very nice cozy hotel however it looks like rooms do need maintenance. Nothing was brocken or out of order, just “tired”. Personal was very welcoming
