The Spa area which we really needed after the trekking was not nice. The sauna is nice, regular, all ok. The hot tub and the swimming pool are not — the water is dirty and is constantly covered with this very dirty grey foam that makes these facilities look very bad. I could see the hot tub from my room window and I never saw it being emptied and cleaned.

It is a very nice and clean hotel with fantastic staff and spacious rooms. The breakfast is basic, but the quality of food is superb. They have the best yogurt I have ever tried and the Magellan Berry jam is just above and beyond all expectations

For a 5-star hotel with a SPA, we expected more from the structure of this space, and not having robes available for guests made the process of using the Spa very uncomfortable, since we had to change in the spa bathroom which was very wet.

Amazing location (unfortunately they gave me a room with a bad view of the house under construction next door), very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Restaurant food is great and all the staff was very helpful and kind.

Very poor internet connection. Need to upgrade and modernize the hotel's wifi. It was totally unreliable. I was told by the front desk that the poor connection was due to the weather. However, the internet connection from a next door restaurant was excellent!

Location is great! Right near the entrance to Lagos de Tres trail. Room was clean and had great views of the valley. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in Argentina!

Centrally located, the hotel is new and well maintained. Nice sauna and small jacuzzi are amazing after a full day hiking. Good breakfast

Amazing breakfast, great room setup (so much shelving to store hiking gear and other things), convenient location to trailheads, loved the sauna and jacuzzi! Mostly, front desk staff were absolutely delightful and kind and helpful.

Expensive drinks and food in restaurant and bar co.pared to others in the area. Cost was a bit high but it was also getting close to Christmas in High season.

Excellent location in center of town. Excellent views from window. Spa and pool with hot tub were amazing after hikes. Excellent staff with great English were very helpful with hikes and we're very nice. Excellent gluten free options at breakfast including freshly made bread and cake. Close to many restaurants and fun places.

Swimming pool - water was barely lukewarm and it looked filthy. Breakfast was good, but variety was limited. We had stayed at Kau Yatun Hotel in El Calafate, and their breakfast was EXCELLENT. Something to improve at Destino Sur.

Had a massage, which was excellent. However, the room was pretty cold... could have benefited from a space heater or warm blankets. Hotel location was great, very close to the trails leading up to Laguna Capri, etc. We could also walk to restaurants and stores. Room was spacious and clean. Acceptable closet space. Bathroom had shower; our kids got a room with a tub shower so facilities change room by room.
