We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesQuality and service do not match with a 5 star hotel. Breakfast has variety but low quality, more like a 3 star hotel buffet. The bell man opened the door for us, so we could carry our bags; did not even attempt to help with them; again not the service expected at a 5 star hotel.
Rooms are very comfortable. The location is great; very close to restaurants and tourist sites. The hotel is well kept. The concierge was great and very accommodating.

United KingdomIt’s not 5* and concierge ignored my emails a month in advance and again whilst I was staying. You advised the restaurant was closed so we radically changed our plans when in fact, it was open. No recommendations either. 4* is more comparable.

We can’t even complain formally as there is no clear contact of the hotel management. We’ve been clients for more than 10 years, and we’ve never been attended that way. Very disappointing

Brazilthe room was big, but no much decoration, the sound proof was really bad, it was windy and loud we coudln't sleep much one night. The bathroom is old and the shower was small, the towels are very bad quality for a 5star hotel; the amenity are pretty bad. the bedsheets are clean and ok but the perfum was so strong that it gave me allergy. the concierge sent us one night to a really really bad bar, which we ended up wasted one night in mendoza, due to his bad advice.
the room was big, the bedsheet was good and the mattress and pillows are ok . the staffs at the reception are friendly, the roomkey is digital which is pretty nice and modern. the hotel is closed to many restaurants at walking distances. the hotel offers free wine tasting in the afternoon.

ArgentinaQuite decadent, the room had old furniture with a good intention but poorly executed in putting everything together, the disposition of furniture as well was very bad creating a vague empty space that felt I was in a cheap decorated hotel. For a 4 stars hotel, I’d say I wasted half of my money in it, because I could find better Airbnbs with half of the price.

They charge you if you want something ironed only find out when you leave. room is basic and dated. no service from front desk when you’re checking in your bags from the taxi into the hotel and definitely no help in getting taxis.

United StatesBooked for New Year's Eve; however, the hotel had not notified us that pre-booking was needed for the restaurant and we almost ended up with substandard options for dinner (sandwiches/salad by room service or snack in the lobby). All open restaurants outside were also fully booked. Eventually, the restaurant manager offered a solution which more or less rescued the evening; however, the staff we contacted before simply did not offer anything which should not happen in a 5-star "luxury" hotel.

LuxembourgI wish there was more amenities available to us in the room. I needed to iron my clothes on short notice and usually there is a clothing iron and ironing board. I should not have to call the front desk to have basic items delivered, in a high end hotel they should already be there. Also the bar in the restaurant did not feel like a bar, it felt like a reception counter.

Brazil1) when we arrived, in spite of the international card we gave as a guarantee for our stay, they wanted to get paid upfront. we tried to explain that with our card there was no risk for them not to get paid. they were deaf to whatever we tried to explain, going on to be a bit rude. at the end, we had to go out to exchange money before getting our room, which seems unacceptable for a 5 start hotel 2) the room was large, but the decoration was so, so (not to a 5 star standard), towels were worn out, and sheets were not changed often enough 3) in terms of cost benefit I would have rather stayed at the Park Hyatt hotel that was around the corner, not a lot more expensive and a real 5 star hotel

United StatesThe front-desk staff was not very friendly or helpful, the room needed major updates to match the price tag (I was stuck in the bathroom because the door was stuck), we were not provided comforters or blankets - just a sheet for each of us, and we paid for a “Mountain View” which we could not see due to being on such a low floor. We were quite disappointed with our stay, and the value for the money wasn’t there.

Argentinasilicone pillows and blankets- 5 star hotel should have at least pillows with down and feathers, they didn’t have a toothbrush even at the reception, sauna was closed because of covid? come on… 87% of argentinian population is vaccinated with 1 doze and 68% with 2 doses. all the people who stay in this hotel are fully vaccinated. don’t blame covid in everything just making an economy. covid in sauna ? it’s simply ridiculous.
