Staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. Staff especially at dinner, was not very attentive. Dinner itself was ok, breakfast was good. Rooms and bathrooms are big, everything is nicely decorated and very clean - rooms get cleaned every day. Rooms are all arranged around the very well maintained garden and pool. There is plenty of seating in the garden. The outdoor pool is heated and child friendly! So after a hard day of hiking, there is no better way to relax. There is free parking, directly at the hotel.

We were very happy with our stay .

This hotel is set in a colourful garden just above the town of Tilcara. The rooms are tastefully and traditionally decorated and the heated pool is wonderful for relaxing. We had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

There was no water a couple times. Really bad at 10am when you need to clean up and check out for 11. They were working on getting water back but this shouldn’t be an issue.

Preferered a room that was alittle more private. A long walk up and down the hills to the city centre . However, a great workout and gorgeous setting.

Gorgeous big, clean cabin-like room. Main lobby area where you eat breafast ( included) and dinner ( optional) was made from logs to give it that outdoor -cabin like feeling. Had lentil soup for dinner and it was delicious.

Super cute boutique hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the hot water came quickly, the hotel had parking. It’s about 8min walk up the hill from Tilcara’s restaurants and center square. The hotel even has a pool with warm water (though we didn’t use it). Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect little cosy hotel with all you can need, warm swimming pool, little playground just outside, restaurant/bar with delicious juice and smoothie, and the reception was very helpful and friendly. My favourite hotel in Argentina

I didn't love not being able to control the temperature in the room myself, but staff were really attentive about making us comfortable after the first very hot evening, and checked in with us each morning after that.

This boutique hotel is gorgeous and stylish. The attention to detail in the decor is impressive, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, quiet, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Great shower too! We chose this hotel precisely because it's not in the middle of town, so be aware that you really need a car to stay here, unless you are okay with getting a taxi or walking up the steep, narrow, rocky, dirt road. Definitely worth it for the view!

Its easily walkable to get into downtown for those with reasonable fitness, but for people with mobility issues, it might not work well.

This was a charming hotel with nice public spaces ( for hotel guests) including a pool, and an inside area to relax when the restaurant wasn’t open. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant one night.

Generally it was great, wifi bit slow at times, dinner menu was little limited but nice foon and service. Didnt realise until end that did a sin tacc breakfast and could get coffees drinks during the day, so maybe when arrive they could point all the facilites and services they can provide. Could help them to make some more money.

Very nice clean smart hotel on edge of town. Staff were very nice, rooms were cleaned each day very well. Pool was fantastic and much needed after a long hot day. Had laundry service.
