Lack of practicality of the rooms (e.g no hooks in the room), the table covers for breakfast were all stained (stains that couldn’t be removed probably), the breakfast food was poor quality in general (in particular the industrial orange juice and the cereals),the bed there was no mattress cover and the bottom bed sheets were all loose.The 80% of the staff didn’t speak english good enough.

Nothing particular stood out that we didn't like.

Breakfast was great. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. The pool is nice considering its an indoor pool. Lovely hotel overall.

Reception area and reception staff were helpful. We had booked a double room but there was an error in the booking. The staff on duty upgraded us to a double room. The breakfast was disappointing as the service was poor. the tables were not laid out and we had to ask for the basic things like cutlery, cups. The service was very slow

The breakfast was a bit "limited" for a hotel of this category. Our room was in a corner between 2 sides of hotel which did not allow much air in and we had hot days and no AC. The position made the room a bit dark too and the only view was to the parking or direct to another room across to the bed. Furthermore we were under the hot roof. It was almost impossible to sleep due to the heat. We did get afterwards a fan but that just helped very little.

It’s a bit dated, the view was not great, a very hot room with no fan or A/C and the water went everywhere in the bathroom when you used the shower.

After arriving at the hotel at 7pm we got our room cards. As soon as we entered, we found out that it was a room with a wife's bed. We complained to the reception but they told us they didn't have another room. Only this one, in which they split the wife's bed. But unfortunately for two small 80cm, there was not even a bottle of drinking water in the room, which should be a standard in a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately the hotel disappointed us.

The personal is not that welcoming and they barely speak English which makes communication difficult sometimes

Good position to visit the city, good breakfast, possibility to have a lunch box at a good price. Rooms are big and have all you need. We enjoyed the pool too

The staff are friendly but it never felt anyone was constantly present in the bar area. They seem to be split between the kitchen and bar and many times I just left because I was tired of waiting to get a drink or snack. The pool is small and unless you want to just relax in some water water, I kinda don’t see the point, if the had a sauna and a steam room it could really compliment it especially after long hiking days when you just want to relax

Nice hotel, food is good. 6-8 minute walk down hill to the town centre. Massages are great. The area inside the building is nice to relax.

The level of service was definitely not up to par with the price/category of the hotel. At those prices you expect attentive, effective service and that's not what we got. They seemed overwhelmed and unprepared, and they made various mistakes throughout our stay (prepared the wrong lunch boxes even though we made sure 4 times before that they had gotten the order right, mistakenly gave our room key to other guests who entered our room, etc.). None of it was that important, but their reaction made us feel like we weren't important to them at all - they even said they'd send complimentary gifts to our room to apologize, which they never did (thus making the matter even worse).

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with a great "elevated mountain lodge" vibe. The lobby and restaurant area are beautiful, and breakfast was tasty. Having a pool and sauna was also nice to unwind after a long day of hiking. The bedroom was large and comfortable. The hotel is not on the main strip of town but a short 10-minute walk away, so it's no inconvenience.

Strangest access Ive ever seen . No portico to pull a car up front to unload.. had to park in small unmarked parking lot on side and hoist baggage down some steps to enter. Checkin and checkout slow. Breakfast below average. Staff seemed demoralized.

The breakfast was the worst we had in Argentina and we stayed in cheaper places than this. The spa is nice and a plus especially after long day of hike. The staff couldn't find our reservation for ages and in general they were very unattentive . The room was comfortable but offered the least bathroom toiletries in comparison to way cheaper hotels we stayed. It didn't have many plugs and no kettle . In general the Hotel relies on the façade of the decoration but the actual things that can make the stay comfortable weren't there.

The Hotel itself is beautifully decorated and fancy but this is just a facade.

Street access to the window of the room, which means we had to keep the window closed. Rooms have no air conditioning which makes sense in their climate, but there is no way to control the room temperature if you cannot open the window.
