Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

CanadaThe only negative comment we can write is about the presence of insects in the house (spider and other small undesirables) mainly found in the bathroom and the bedroom. However, since you are staying on a farm, this is predictable and understandable.
Amazing place, almost magical. Our host and general manager, Melisa, truly went above and beyond to make our stay confortable! We were warmly welcomed and showed around the finca. We were able to enjoyed their newly opened restaurant that serves authentic Argentinian meals. We loved the concept of the finca regarding the use of the lands and their produce. We truly enjoyed our stay and we hope to be back soon!

United KingdomI had an incredible stay at this charming finca in Mendoza. The attention I received was superb, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The remarkable food surpassed my expectations, and the overall ambiance of the place was simply amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

United KingdomWe were so grateful to the staff at Finca Ogawa for making our stay feel like home from home. The family-run nature of this oasis is really felt in the attentiveness you receive, and being surrounded by nature was exactly what we were looking for. We'll definitely be back!

United StatesWe were there during winter, and some of the radiators weren't working. The property manager did fix them the first night, but they stopped working again the next night. As a result, it was extremely cold. While the staff was very friendly, they weren't always around, so getting things like that sorted out took some time. I'm sure it's infinitely better in spring/summer.
We stayed in the Superior Villa and it was a phenomenal home for the six of us. The location was very ideal for driving to different wineries and even restaurants in the town of Tunuyan. Beautiful view of the Andes. Wifi was solid with decent speeds.

ArgentinaDescriptions and pictures should be per-house. Each house has very different shape and sizes, and I wouldn't rate them all the same (although prices vay accordingly) Breakfast was really dissapointing. We would have gladly payed extra for a nice breakfast. I wished we had better communication with the cleaning people. We were supposed to have our house cleaned and our sheets changed avery 3 days. None of that happened, mainly because the passed by the house, knocked once and left. I wished they had tried a bit harder, as dust really adds up over there. No cellphone reception at all. You absolutely depend on wifi. And in this situation, when wifi internet is cut off, you really miss it. I hope they get Starlink here soon.
Very good value for your money. It is not a hotel room where everything is served. What you rent is a big house with all the appliances in it. You'll probably need to cook dinner for yourself, as there is no restaurant nearby. Some houses have a very nice pool. All have air-conditioners and washing machines. Hot water preassure is very good. Bed and blankets are very good too. Internet is quite ok for such a remote place (although you can certainly expect internet blackouts; sometimes short, sometimes during the whole morning) Some houses have more silverware and plates than others. But the administrator is happy to help you out if you need any more. Some houses even have dishwashers! There is a small (and perhaps too thinly provisioned) grocery store inside Ogawa, 3 minute walk at most. You won't find anything and everything you might wish for, but you'll certainly not starve if you find yourself at night with an empty fridge. It's open 24hs.

ArgentinaPhotos of the houses are from some years ago. One of the houses we stayed in was somewhat old and dark, and kitchen appliances were also dated and could be improved. The other house had been recently built, but it was very basically equipped. It was also far from the the first house, which was a bit inconvenient for a group traveling together. I had a better experience in Ogawa some years ago, staying in another house of the finca.
Ogawa is located near very good wineries in Uco Valley, the place is very quiet, surrounded by vines, and has very good views of the mountains.
