Breakfast was as expected but staff were not particularly friendly or helpful. Needed eggs for breakfast which arrived an hour after breakfast time started.

The wifi was non-existent in my room. I would get a weak signal every so often. That might of been because my room was right next to the elevator. The shower pressure was on the weak side. The shower head needed to be cleaned of the hard water scale build-up. The placement of the toilet paper holder was so low to the floor, it was easier to just take the roll off and keep it on the counter. But that's not a big deal. Just odd. There are no take-away cups for coffee in the breakfast area. There is no coffee maker in the room. There is no airport shuttle offered.

Beautiful hotel! Comfortable room. Front desk staff very friendly. Most spoke some english. They were able to exchange my money right at front desk which was awesome! There was an issue in my room and it was fixed right away. Breakfast was delicious! There is a hair dryer in room. There is a safe in room. The location is excellent!

We were charged VAT even tho we paid with a foreign CC. Not 100% their mistake but they weren't able to help or solve it.

The Wi-Fi connection is poor. I had an issue with the connection in my bedroom and the front desk did not help me, they were kind of rude, telling me that the Wi-Fi was working properly there and that I may not have any issues in my connection too. Took more than 24 hours for them finally understand that the connection was terrible and help me.

The hotel is located next to the main square in Mendonza, it is possible to go to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets walking. The hotel is new, the bedrooms are comfortable. The breakfast is ok, there is not many options but the options available are good.

TV signal was poor and using the remote was difficult The parking is a little stressful. Getting into the hotel-exclusive area is accessible through a very tight passage.

The room was small. For the price the room should have been larger. We are glad we didn't have any luggage, because there wasn't much room.

Our room was a bit on the small side, especially the bathroom. Nevertheless it was practical and easy to manage.

The location around the independence square is ideal; it’s the best part of town. The rooms were really clean and modern, although a bit small. Yet, the best thing about our short stay in the hotel was the extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception, who made us feel at home immediately and continued to assist us in everything we needed.

I emailed them through Booking. But they did not answer. I requested a connected room in order to be in contact with our kids. We arrived but they did not have the key nor parking.

The breakfast schedule could be improved. It starts at 7:45 which is too late. We were told that we could go down at 7 before our excursion but it wasn't quite full service.

Excellent location just around the corner from Plaza Independencia and a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants. Room spacious and good breakfast included. Small pool which is a great asset during a hot summer weekend in Mendoza.

No WIFI working in L3 for our entire 3 day stay; no gym which was advertised as part of the facilities when we booked but now converted to permanent residence. Power went off one evening without any comms. Interconnected room was unlocked to someone else’s unit. Hotel is run down and needs a refresh to be a 3 star.

We got a room with a door connecting to another room and you could hear even breath the person next door. Then we asked to be changed and we got an individual room which was smaller to the one we booked, and no discount or attention was made for us. Every day after the cleaning service of the room we had to call the receptionist as they forgot to leave all the towels back, or the towel for the floor, or toilet paper. Would be good if they have a checklist for example.

The location and the pool are the good things of the hotel.
