Excellent location a few kilometres out of town. Very nice, comfortable room, and lovely grounds. Had a spa on-site and we enjoyed a relaxing couples massage.

We booked Christmas dinner package, but the food quality vs what we paid is really disappointing. Our Villa has outdoor jacuzzi, but it’s really dirty and detoriated.

We stay in the Villa overlooking vineyard and the mountain. It’s really breathtaking views and calming. The Villa it self really spacious, comfortable bed and living room. The pool also super nice, with vineyard and mountain, both for indoor pool (heated) and outdoor pool. Staff also really kind, especially Edith from reception.

The personnel is exceedingly helpful and friendly. They paid great attention to the details, and we felt spoiled. The restaurant's food is delicious, and the wine selection is superb. The room service is high-speed. The property is luxurious and very well decorated. The surroundings are beautiful, and the gardens are very well maintained.

The property was great but for a resort with a five star rating I expected maybe someone on reception or a concierge that spoke English to help reccomend activities we might not. E aware of, for example we saw some bikes and had to ask about them rather than being told they were for our use. This is a small thing, but something I would expect with this star rating and price per night. Pool was lovely but cold!!!

Close to town but peaceful. The room had amazing views through large windows. Service was good as should be expected from such a resort. We came here at the end of a long few weeks road tripping for 3 days to rest, and that was certainly done.

Wifi is very lackluster. Working remotely from our room would have been a real struggle.

Amazing value for what was provided. We had a free upgrade and were given the extra luxury suite instead of the room we had originally booked. I think it could have been something like 90m² and had the largest, most luxurious bathroom I had ever seen, as well as the largest amount of towels per person of any room ever. The view was great. The staff was nice and available to satisfy any of our requests. We enjoyed the free saunas, both dry and humid, and swimming pool, as well as a nice massage (not included in the price). The restaurant provides amazing meals for extremely reasonable prices, providing mostly local cuisine. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and the parking spot for our pick-up truck more than abundant.

we had read the food was not great so we did not eat lunch or dinner but the breakfast was very nice except thr coffeee which seems to be consistently terrible at all hotels we’ve stayed in in Argentina

Great situation near town but also in amongst the vineyards. Gym and pool nice. outdoor pool not heated so was too cold to try out. Villas were huge and fantastic

This is one of those strange cases where I'm struggling to find something to name here. If I had to give feedback, the cleaning service schedule could be better organized.

Everything was amazing. The view from the villa, facilities, breakfast, location, spaces, and equipment. The bathroom too! The staff and services are top-notch as well.

Some small improvements need to be made to bring this hotel up to a 5 star standard. The breakfast selection could be better. with a menu of items to be ordered (e.g. it was not clear to us what eggs could be ordered). Small improvements to service at breakfast and more generally should be made e.g. staff should ask you if you want coffee rather than you having to ask them for it and should let you know what is available e.g. eggs.

Our room was very nice (large, comfortable and with excellent views of the vineyard). The setting is peaceful. Excellent massage in spa.
