No curtains with the beds

Beds were comfortable, very warm and showers were hot too, kicthen well equipped and you can see Fitzroy from hostel on a clear day!!

WIFI basically not work. Euqipments need to be mainained duly, windows can not be closed fully, outdoor code never figured out how to show all numbers and thus everyone replies on someone inside to help yo open door. Bathroom no any hooks. Reception not showup sometimes. Lockers are so slim that not able to put bags in.

Location close to everywherep since it is a small town. Hot water, lamp and socket for each bed. common area is spacious.

We had a shared bed in a dorm - the room was okay for 1 night. The shared bathroom was a little bit dirty and they were running out of toilet paper all the time.

a basic hostel which is a bit pricy but I guess it's everywhere in El Chalten

from the common spaces you have a really nice view on the mountains and you can watch climbers on the wall behind the hostel. stuff is really nice and bathrooms are clean.

The owner is super nice and helpful. You can leave the luggage there while you go on an hike. Die to the weather we couldn’t go for our hike but we could stay there in the facilities all day until our bus.

- The door to the room doesn't lock - the default WiFi was very weak and slow in my room. Later the host shared another WiFi with me, but it still was quite slow

- Good price - Nice kitchen - The host gave me a lock, as I didn't have one - Good location - next to a supermarket and some cafes and restaurants (but it's a small village, so it's hard to find a place with really bad location)

Noise goes through the walls very easily and you can hear people upstairs and on the hallway.

Cozy and warm rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice and quiet location.

Noisy at times. One of the toilets was always blocking. This was cleaned every day though.

The location. Comfortable dorms, with storage lockers. Good showers. Very friendly owner and family. Lovely people, very obliging.

When I arrived, there was no one to open the door so I was waiting in the wind and rain for about 5 minutes with all my things wondering if I was in the right place or not (there's another building across the road with the same name painted on it.) I was lucky enough to have roaming data because otherwise I wouldn't have been able to call the hostel staff to notify them I was there despite giving my arrival time with my booking information (doorbell did not notify them well enough I guess.) The bed was wobbly and squeaky, and the person sleeping on the top bunk was worried about moving too much during the night for fear it might just give out. Poor air circulation so the room constantly smelled due to other people's things in it after hiking so many days. Wifi never really worked (but this is pretty common in El Chalten.)

The building didn't shake with the Patagonia wind and the rooms were warm, shower pressure solid, and there was ample seating and tables in the common areas. The staff wasn't super friendly but also wasn't not friendly. Location was solid though!

It seemed a bit overpriced. Other hostels provide basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt or sugar so that you don't have to buy your own everytime. Also some teabags or instant coffee would have been a nice touch.

The location was good and the space was clean.

It is very clean, and somehow, from the first second, I felt me very welcome. It is a perfect place to sleep, cook, and enjoy the view from the community room. The laundry is just a few meters away, the first bars and shops just about 100 meters from the hostel. I warmly recommend this friendly hostel those travellers who appreciate the silence in the rooms, and the kindlliest welcome 🤗

Relatively cheap for the area. They let us stay for 1 night in cabana and that was great.
