The gardens and surrounding area, with the birds and wildlife were so beautiful and wonderful to relax in. Breakfast was very good, a wide choice of freshly cooked options as well as cereals, sweet pastries and cakes, juices and a variety of teas and coffees, served in the beautiful dining room. Dinner was always delicious, with locally sourced produce and superb wine. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful in organising trips and transfers.

I think that the staff could replace towels, in the evening, when they prepare the rooms for night.

The property is really beautiful, with all its details of decoration. The food is delicious and the staff is very kind. The spa is amazing, we received an exceptional massage from Sabrina :)

The property and main house is amazing. It is so peaceful. Look for the huge parakeet nest way up in the trees and the owls from their burroughs. The majestic treelined entry leads you to an oasis at the base of the mountains. Excellent rooms, bedding, food, staff, drinks, wide, horseback, massages, mani/pedi and more! Don't hesitate to book this casual/elegant resort tucked away

The bugs! Time of year so no ones fault and they were great at getting rid of them. Would have been nice to have a bit more attentiveness when clients are by the pool. But we loved it!

The staff were amazing so attentive and smiley I had a fabulous massage. Food good although small menu and no change for lunch and dinner. We probably stayed longer than the average client so perhaps it doesn't matter.

The bed was too small and soft for me.

The value is great. A comparable hotel in the states is at least 5x more expensive. Great restaurant and wine. Very peaceful. Good massage and spa.

No cream lotion. Spa left a lot to be desired in terms of shower facilities, soap, etc. Very slippery the are of the spa, particularly in the shower are with no handle bars or floor mats.

It a very special place. You feel like home. The property is wonderful, the staff is great, the food was delicious. The views of the surroundings are great. It was a pleasure to have a horse ride to the surroundings.

Staff were excellent, in all aspects of the property - from reception, to the restaurant, to the ground staff. Very amenable to accommodate special requests. The property and rooms are extremely well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner options. Very relaxing setting.

The reception staff surprisingly was less service oriented than at the restaurant. We had several issues with the in room safe, it was dealt with, however in a hotel of this standard you would expect a more professional approach to service (change rooms instead of waiting for several maintenance staff to come and look at the safe or offer to keep the valuables in the reception safe for the time to fix the issue in the room so we could have enjoyed the property while this was being fixed etc…). A minor issue in the overall stay but it really felt like the reception personal was not empowered to make small decisions or didn’t receive training when problems like this one occurs. In a country where travelers travel with a lot of cash like Argentina a working safe in the room is a must have feature.

The property is stunning, every corner of the common areas is photo worthy and it has a quiet laid back atmosphere while having luxurious touches throughout the guest stay. The standard rooms are on the small side but very well equipped. loved the Jasmin scented shower gel which is a very nice touch in a hotel called house of Jasmines! the restaurant staff was super nice and friendly.

It is a bit expensive, and you're a bit far from the city of Salta. But if you're looking to relax and chill, it is perfect.

Loved the place! Beautifully landscaped and tastefully decorated. We stayed in two junior suites that were very big with a private terrace and a great view of the Andes. Free bikes to ride around the property was a nice touch. Dinner and breakfast were perfect.

Reception staff were to clever, they refused to paid with a different card from the one I have on file at bookings, not only that, they told me the next day they will try from the owner permission to do that, after more than 700km we were very tired otherwise I should refused, next day answer was as previous, NO, I own a Hotel myself, it’s the first time someone took advantage from a client as this people did, awful.

Due to salmonella outbreak in town there were no eggs for breakfast but that is not the fault of the hotel.

Homemade bread and yogurt were very good. Nice fruit salad.

1. The rooms are far way and there is no minibar. I have to walk 200 meters for cold water. 2. There is no beverage service at the pool. Could not find a towel either. 3. There is a feeling the place needs a renovation. 4. It is expensive for what it is. I have been traveling and visited the best hotels in the region. This one costs more and seems to live of its reputation, and the Relais & Chateaux qualification. This is the only hotel of the whole 20 day trip through the entire region that I do not intend to come back. I feel the influencers that have been giving good reviews have been paid off.
