The staff had limited English language, but this was a common experience throughout the country.

The hotel met my expectations, as this is not a five star stated hotel but it was comfortable and staff very helpful. The hotel supplies breakfast and a number of good restaurants are within walking distance.

We did not use the pool because it looked very dirty ( at least the water was cloudy ). The entrance in the room ( there is a long hallway ) is too narrow.

Renovated big room with a nice balcony, viewing the river. Simple, but very good breakfast, savory and sweet. Friendly staff. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes to everyting.

The staff was lovely. I did not feel good and had to go to the hospital in the morning. They were very helpful and let us stay longer in the room. We came back like 30 minutes after the breakfast was over and they still made is some breakfast and brought new buffet plates. We could attend our planned day tour to the falls then but we could hang out at the pool and hotel the whole day after check out (before our flight was leaving at 10 pm) and the staff was just so nice. The Apartment was also lovely and with a comfortable bed. We can recommend this place.

The hot water was iffy during some moments and when it is running can take quite some time to warm up. The rooms facing the pool can be affected by noise depending on who's out there.

Location is 10 minutes walk from the bus station and also close to the main street with lots of bars and restaurants but on a quiet street overlooking the river separating Brazil and Argentina. Great staff. Clean room. Nice selection of pastries, fruit, meat, cheese, drinks for breakfast.

You need to walk 5 - 7 mins to the city area

Staff - front desk lady is very helpful. I ask her where I can buy food at 8pm for tomorrow breakfast because we have early pickup for a tour. She asks when our tours started then she said she can arrange the breakfast time early for us. Then when we check out, I ask her how much will cost me if I stay late (our flight is at 4 pm). After some checking, she told us can stay late up to noon and there is no charge.

Not a criticism - it didn't really affect our stay - but it would be nice if the hotel offered something simple to eat in the evening.

A smallish hotel in a good location within ten minutes' walking distance of the bus station and the centre of Puerto Iguazu. Quiet and peaceful with a view over the river from the breakfast room. An excellent breakfast (cheese, ham, fruit, bread, cakes, juice, cereal, yoghurt, tea, coffee, etc). Very helpful and friendly staff with someone on reception 24 hours a day. Also has a nice swimming pool. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the river - very pleasant. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
