Very basic breakfast. Some damp around the building. Not very central so had to get a taxi or bus to the Centre of the town, however, it was only 10-15 mins walk from the bus station

Location excellent for bus station but best to take taxi into the town. For us it was fine.

Excellent location near bus station. Clean, cosy quiet. Had a good sleep before early bus trip. Great kitchen and living area and in better weather nice outside area. Excellent value for money.

The hostel is pretty far from the city center. You have to walk about 25-30 minutes to get to main square or take a taxi (or other public transportation).

The staff has been really nice to us as we’ve asked to change our room since we were pretty tight in there.

Is a little dated .

Easy check in and location . It was very helpful since we got stuck in Bariloche for the night because the road to San Martin was closed .

- The first room we were at 109 smelled cigarette. - We asked for extra floor rug and towel the lady just kept telling us we need to go ask the front desk. If they were worried about people taking it then maybe its easier for everyone to just keep a deposit for extra towels in the room.

Staff was very helpful. -Let us check-in early. -We had an issue w/ our room but they went out of their way to fix it -The property is beautiful and has a nice backyard. -There’s also a grocery close by and lots of food stores and a rental car just next to it. -Its outside the main town but we didn’t care walking its very safe

We had already stayed in Bariloche for 5 nights previously a week before. Our stay at this hostel was a stopover as we were getting a flight the following morning. Overall, we thought it was rather overpriced in comparison to the stay we had previously which was much closer to town with more updated facilities.

The convenience of the location. It is very close to the bus station and a 15 minute taxi ride away from the airport! Staff were also very pleasant on arrival.

The bathroom... you had to mop the shower water each time you took a shower otherwise, the water would runoff into the carpeted room - not ideal!!!!

We were given a different bedroom to what we booked (a triple rather than double). This sounds like an upgrade but the beds were completely different to those pictured in our booking and basically camp beds that were extremely uncomfortable. When we asked to have the bedroom we booked we were told it wasn't possible and we can either accept what we'd be given or have a refund. As everywhere else was booked out we just had to deal with it.

One of the best buffet breakfasts we had in Patagonia. The hostel has a really nice conservatory and garden. The location is also decent - only a 10 minute walk into the centre.

We only stayed one night, but otherwise we would have made more use of the common area. It's cozy, comfortable and practical for cooking. Same goes with breakfast, it offers the minimum, if you bring some additionals like eggs you can cook up something nice. Coffee gets served throughout the day. Finally, our check-in with Viktor(?) was pleasant, a friendly receptionist.

The sheets weren't clean, they had some stains on them We needed to speak to staff on early morning check out, there was no one at the desk. We waited 25 minutes in reception and we called and text the hostel and the 2 emergency numbers provided but no one answered or replied

Very close to the bus station, ideal for an early morning bus, 10min walk. The hostel was very warm The staff were very friendly offering us coffee in the evening They have a good kitchen and nice areas to relax outside the room

the shower is terrible, the room is small and smells, we hade reservation for room with 5 beds and we got a room with 3 beds. its far away from the center and the staff can’t help with Getting a taxi, plus, you can’t pay in cash peso, if you do thay do different rate of cambio to your dollars
