Impossible to use the heated pool on cold days because they don´t shut the doors properly,cold wind and millions of mosquitos. Unfortunately there are never available appointments to get a massage. Their "spa" is basically just a sauna,expected more from that.

free upgrade to a better room,amazing. Good breakfast,nice options for food at night as well. Great location 5 minutes from Puerto Madero. Comfortable beds,bathtub in the room.

Everything was great.

The hotel is near to the red hop on hop off bus stop (2-3 blocks). The area felt safe to walk in the day and evening. We can't comment about safely for walking later in the evening as we were back by 9 p.m. each night. The room was large and clean. Very large bathroom.

Bathroom had a stool just near the toilet with a lambswool seat. Spare toilet paper was in a holder almost on floor just next to toilet. Both very un hygenic. Bath was chipped from several points. Shower was good.

Breakfast more than basic. Hotel in a busy street. Reception staff very helpful. If you are a tourist I would choose a more central location.

The lighting in the rooms was very bright, glary and clinical. There was a lot of noise coming from the corridors at night and early in the morning. Not particularly good value for money. The gym was mostly broken. The spa had to be booked with the reception but was all off and sauna took ages to get hot. Hammam smelled weird.

Nothing not to like!

Stylish hotel in a great location in the San Telmo neighbourhood. Breakfast buffet was good, catering to many nationalities. Wifi, air conditioning and hot water all worked well. Comfortable beds. Buenos Aires and the hotel were hopping when we arrived at 1:30am, but no trouble checking in so late nor were we disturbed by any noise. Staff were great and very helpful, stored our luggage as we had a late departure.

Great location, very nice view from the room, especially early in the morning and at night. Friendly staff, the breakfast is a standard Argentinian breakfast, a lot of sweet staff, not my favorite, but that is the way it is. Reasonable price for the location.

The breakfast was not so good. You basically had the choice of sweet things, sweeter things and very sweet things, so it was not very healthy. Even the orange juice had sugar added and the croissants were sugar coated. It would have been good if they had a greater variety, more hot foods than scrambled eggs. Also the dinning room was not heated, so we needed to wear a jacket when eating breakfast. I chose the hotel because of the pool, but to get there you had to walk outside. There was no roof. And there is no changing room there. Consequently, on the first evening when I went to go swimming, it was raining and I got sick walking from the pool to the hotel. (I wore a shirt and coat, but had on my swim suit and only had slippers on my feet). It is also strange that they do not allow swimming before 11 am as I like to swim before eating breakfast. They said it is because you have to walk through breakfast to get to the pool, but that is not true, as you walk behind the breakfast room, so nobody sees you. I would suggest they build a roof and allow people to swim in the morning. It is also a pity that the cable TV was not working, so there were only Spanish-language shows on TV.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice, although there were not many hangers for clothes and only 2 drawers. The location is very good.

I don’t like the story with the blocked sum. Before check-in the hotel debited near 30 000 pecos from my card. I thought it was prepayment sum, but not. During check in they asked to pay the whole sum of my reservation. 30 000 pecos was as they said a guarantee which will returned only after check-out!!!! what a surprise! hotel have to inform about it in the booking. I still didn’t receive these money back, as they said it may take 15-20 days!!!

Shampoo was in a single use sachet. There were homeless sleeping right outside a few steps away from the hotel entrance so it doesn’t feel too safe. To charge your phone by the bed, you will need to remove the table lamp plug from the socket.

Loved the double sinks and bidet in the bathroom. There were coffee/tea facilities in the room. Wifi is not secured but works well. Good selection at breakfast with a special toaster for making grilled cheese. The staff who checked us in was bubbly and provided us with useful information about a couple of tango shows we could watch nearby with transport included.

the was a electric kettle in the room [nice!] - but there was completely no tea/coffee to prepare a hot tea/coffee. Ususally - where the kettle is in the room - it should be a least 1-2 teabags/coffee sachets.. apart from this everything was really nice!

The check-in process was easy and unproblematic, they allowed me to check-in ahead of time. I was also allowed to store my bags with the reception. The room was lovely and very spacious. The breakfast was pretty good. The pool was heated. The hotel location was just a few blocks from Casa Rosada and Puerto Madero. Overall, I was very satisfied.
