Magallanes is lucky to have a wonderful, helpful hostess. She was so friendly at check-in, communicated brilliantly and even let me leave my bags safely after check-out!

-1 star for the bed. It was too short, too narrow and too hard for me.

Very friendly girl who let me in. She was flexible about my check out time which gave me additional half day in Ushuaia. Flat has mini kitchen with fridge and place to cook but space is limited. Good location however it's up on the hill. To back from main street it requires a little bit of climibing. I didnt mind but that's how it looks like.

Overall nothing. The only thing worth noting is the size of the bed. Not for tall people.

The drain for the shower is a little bit clogged, so the water takes a while to go down

Great for couples, it's a flat with 2 comfortable single beds. The location is good, few blocks to the main street.

The bathroom was a bit small and could use a touch up. A full length mirror would have been nice.

Small one room apartment with a kitchenette that met our basic needs. Leila our lovely host was responsive and helped us with whatever we needed. The place is within walking distance to the city center, however located a few blocks up a super steep street.

There could be more storage space - there is really nowhere to put things if you want to empty your suitcase. The beds were comfortable although somewhat narrow.

The apartment is small but fine for two people. The location is quiet and not too far from the centre. It is good to have the possibility to cook although the space is very limited.

Fabulously clean warm apartment. fridge cooker kettle tv. Hot showers. helpful staff. central location, 5mins walk to Main Street. easy contact with host at any time, fast reply. very enjoyable stay. Joaquin was very helpful.

I was made to feel welcome, and the accommodation was very nice. There was a kitchenette area which was very useful and plenty of space in the room. It is just a short walk to the main street, and then down to the waterfront.

Please be aware of how they want to do payment! they say payment is due in local currency. I confirmed a price on booking and then they tried changing it multiple times including confirming a different rate between check in and check out. Don’t overpay! Also know that the shower handles are wonky and missing parts. the room is also pretty small

The mattresses are not that comfortable, and the pillows are extremely thin. The textured couch-cushions left on the beds to supplement the pillows are not really a proper substitute. The taps in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, and the shower, are extremely loose. One came off during our visit. The bathroom sink drips at all times. We found silverfish in the bathroom on several occasions. The walls are paper-thin and we could near voices and furniture moving at all hours. Despite it being very cold in Ushuaia at night, we had to leave the windows open for much of the night due to the overly-aggressive underfloor heating system, that apparently can't be switched off or adjusted, at least not from the apartment. At check-in, we discussed an exchange rate for a popular foreign currency, as is common in Argentina, and it was accepted by the host's representative. After taking our cash, we received a message from the owner accusing us of "not wanting to pay the full amount", and demanding more. We had to waste time the next day being given back our cash by the owner, and giving him the pesos which we had already shown to his representative yesterday, and offered to pay with. This is extremely dodgy, and is reason enough not to stay here. We've never had a similar problem elsewhere in Argentina.

It was quite cheap for Ushuaia, and close enough to the centre of town.

The kitchen-ware would really need an upgrade. Besides that, the information about the accommodation was not entirely correct. There were for example no toilet paper (!), soap or shower gel. Nor any oven, as said in the information, however a micro oven.

This accommodation was a regular one-room-apartment in an apartment building with a kitchenette and bathroom. The standard was fine, so also the view towards Ushuaia. The young hostess Victoria was very nice. The location was only a 10-minute-walk from downtown. Would I stay here again? Yes, if they make the desired improvements.
