Breakfast is continental. Nothing hot except the coffee. Otherwise very thing was fresh.

The room was nice and big and it has two washroom which was great. The room configuration was one king bed and a single. Perfect cause we were originally 3. It does a have very simple gym if you need to hit the treadmill.

The property is near a nightclub, so you might me bothered with high volume noises at night. also the breakfast is OK, but very simple.

The property is clean and the staff guys are nice. Bed is comfortable. You can walk for 20-30 minutes to other points at Palermo Soho safely.

We didn't mind too much but there were a lack of personal touches - it felt very corporate as I previously mentioned.

If you like a straightforward, more corporate-style hotel, this is really great. Big rooms, nice breakfast, good jacuzzi upstairs. In between Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood which are two great areas.

The wifi doesnt't work very well. It is weak and erratic.

The only thing I could say wasn't expected was the spa, it's a small jacuzzi and although it is most likely clean, it could you a deep clean.

Nothing really. The nightclub could be a little loud., especially if I was on a lower floor. But it was fine for me, I'm sure the provided ear plugs would help too. The SPA jacuzzi could be hotterr.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Juan is by far my favorite. He gave me recommendations on where to go, printed out a list of secondary places to go while in La Boca and San Telmo. He was a great help. I didn't get her name, but the young blonde lady, was very friendly every evening and even printed my Colonia Experess ferry confirmation. The lady with shorter hair helped me open the safe when I too stupid to figure it out. The balcony was beautiful to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and proved and great nights sleep. The neighborhood is beautiful and eclectic, with many nice restaurants, bars ,etc...The jacuzzi and gym area are very nice as well.

Breakfast was disappointing. Security box was not attached to the wall, it was not very useful. The cleaning of the room was fine, not the cleanest but acceptable. The towels were quite old, the sheets were stained :(

absolutely everything. I have never experienced a hotel in such conditions. It was so dirty, disgusting dirty. The floor was full of dust, the bedsheets had stains, the end of the curtains was almost black, the walls, the glasses were dirty. The hairdryer was broken. The AC was not working either. One completely broken and the other one was not cooling. I couldn’t sleep as everything was itching + not even knowing if those were clean bedsheets. I’m pretty sure there were bedbugs. we had to change hotels from one day to the other as our stay was 6 days. breakfast also looked very bad. we didn’t even try it, didn’t want to get more upset on top of everything. I called the receptionist and she said that “what she could do for me was to quickly clean the floor”… that’s not a favor. that’s mandatory. I asked her for a hairdryer as mine was broken and she asked me to return it after using it. Why should I bother to constantly bring back and forth something that SAYS in the description is included?!!! Very bad attention.

Next to a bar soy very loudly at weekends ( I stayed one Friday night ) Secondly, gym room old fashion and not good conditions in all. Third, I forgot sport wearing clothes at balcony room, I called one day after of my stay to front desk because I was traveling to Cordoba, my hometown. At that moment front desk staff confirmed my stuffs were at the hotel, so I asked keep it for one week because I needed be back to Buenos Aires in order to take my return flight to Vietnam. Suddenly when I was back to the hotel, the front desk staff, denied me the clothes, and told me she can not do anything, so I asked to call the hotel manager directly, after I discussed with her, she took the responsibility for the lost and give me back the money or the clothes. I asked her if it is better for the company give me one night stay for my next trip to Argentina. Manager agreed it, but from now nobody contact me for any solution. So, I lost my clothes, and not responsibilities from the hotel at all. It is a shame, for me to be Argentinian visiting my country and happened me this, so sad the situation.

The building is right next to a night club and it can be noisy. On arrival we noticed ear plugs next to the bed which is never a good sign when entering room. Also the room needed some tlc and maintenance. I would really suggest to screw safe into the wall or wardrobe. There’s a small safe left free standing in the wardrobe and I didn’t feel too confident to leave my valuables there.

The location was great and the room was very spacious with large balcony. Breakfast was basic but good especially the coffee.

the worst experience. worst service. they allow people robbed you.

we got robbed there. manager didn’t do anything but we don’t know “how” thief got into our room and took all of our valuables (2 computers, hard drives, sun glasses, watches, clothes, cash and more). cameras were erase or not working for the robbed time … how convenient. Be careful, we don’t know how could it happened in a hotel without anybody was aware. after that we try to contact the manager or owner to ask for any compensation but they didn’t care. the worst experience in my life. this people and their hotel are the worst.

- Quite some noise from next door nightclub (also on weekdays). - One morning there was no breakfast due to "complications" (some leftovers were brought as a makeup). Other day breakfast should last till 10:30 but staff started putting it away at 10:10, while we were eating... - Room had a not so comfortable bathtub shower.

Location was good (except for the next door nightclub). Room was large and fairly clean.

One day we had a very early flight, we had to leave around 5am so they prepared some breakfast for us, with coffee and everything else, that was really nice of them. Also, the staff was very accommodating, helped with the taxis and everything
