Opening the hotel to outsiders resulted in the hotel lobby area being a little too crowded. Price to have tea for guests should have been discounted (10,000 ARS).

Everything was top notch; the service, food quality and variety, room (Moreno Lake studio), hotel, art, and views. It was totally amazing.

You have to book a table at their argentinean grill resturant as it gets filled up quite quickly. Just takes a little planning ahead but it is a little annoying to have to book in advance. There are alternatives of course and you can eat 24 hours a day. I don't recommend the hamburger at the lounge bars...not good at all!

Incredible setting right by the lake and the hotel grounds are fantastic. We didn't leave the hotel in 4 days! We stayed in the Moreno wing overlooking the lake and the little marina they have. Really magical!

Absolutely nothing to not like.

Everything about this resort was superb. Five ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ at its best! Too bad the staff couldn’t hold back the wind because I know they would have if they could. Memorable stay & it was difficult to leave.

Old world charm also means you should not expect super modern rooms. But the views and rest are totally worth it.

This is a must see. If you can stay one night. Old world charm in the mountains. The spa is really nice and the lobby bar and wintergarden are unique.

There was no kettle, tea nor coffee machine in the room. We had to request a kettle twice because they didn’t have one available. I ordered 2 cups of tea to room service that I had to cancel after waiting for 1 hour. No complementary fruits or water in the room. Dinning in the restaurants in the hotel requires booking due to the high season and if you want to have a snack in the lounge you will have to wait for a bit to be seated. No major issues, but given the 5 start qualification of the hotel and the higher end prices, one would expect more attention to detail.

The property’s location and near surroundings are stunning. The hotel offers a great variety of free activities such as bicycles, archery and kayaking. The gym is small but sufficiently equipped. The breakfast is fantastic, both in quality and variety. The room was spacious. The pillows where average but we requested ergonomic pillows that where sent to the room right away.

The hotel's location is absolutely spectacular. The view from our room was worth every penny we paid for the room. Service was excellent - we called at 11pm that some outlets were not working, and within three minutes there were two men in the room to fix it.

Buffet lunch has a limited and boring selection. Rooms have no kettle for coffee or courtesy water. Most activities require booking 1 day in advance.

Some of the Front Office staff was a bit unfriendly. In the morning one day, I went to pick up a rental the security guard asked me if I was a guest and asked for my room number. I never had a bellman ask me that when entering a public common area in a hotel. I politely gave it to them, but then hours later, my friend forgot her hat and she went to the pick it up and they let her in no questions asked. Wondering if this was because I was dressed down and she was dressed up, and she's Caucasian with blonde hair and blue eyes...

Pools and the gym had weird working hours - 9 AM to 9 PM. The was a work around for the gym - you had to fill out a paper at the reception to be able to do your workout earlier in the day, but this was not available for the pool. The hotel is huge and it takes time to get anywhere from your room, sometimes you have to take multiple elevators and can get lost - it is like a maze! Lastly, their SPA services on the website are not accurate - they don’t do Thai massage anymore. Please update the website.

The territory and the interior design are wonderful. Piano sets a pleasure to listen to. We didn’t get to try out the SPA, but it was a great time otherwise.

I found service to be a bit slow in the lobby bar and Patagonia Cafe. There are a lot of staff around at all times but not always serving the guests in an efficient manner.

Beautiful resort, stunning views and sunset. We initially stayed in the older rooms in the hotel and then upgraded to the Moreno wing. It’s a completely different experience in the modern wing, I would highly recommend it. The bathtub overlooking the lake is a wonderful relaxing experience. Breakfast was great, as was the steak dinner.

Old rooms are very old school, staff isn't on point (ex: need to ask for a decanter 3 times and it comes by the time you've finished the bottle), and the sushi at the downstairs sushi bar is frankly terrible (20-50% cream cheese - no subtlety. Just bad.)

Far from local tours

Legendary but a bit dated. Nevertheless an awesome resort that one CANNOT miss. I mean you have to go there. The clientele is not what it uded to be. But that is the fault of modernity, not the hotel itself.. fabulous LOCATION with amazing breakfast buffet. Not a snooty formal place. Many activities. Clean Safe. Comfy, Quiet. If you want tours, stay nearer town. Then come out here.

Our room definitely required renovation. In a Location of this price we would have expected coffee/drinks / at least mineral water on the room. Recreation / courses are available, but we found out upon request only.
