Everything was amazing. In fact, we decided to stay another night. The breakfast is amazing. Everything is well organized and comfortable. The staff is outstanding. Our bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was great. We had a wonderful view. I strongly recommend staying here.

The shower was terrible. We could never get enough hot water to properly bath and the water would run all over the floor!

A very clean , modern hotel with beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful in securing reservations for lunch and wineries. About a 10 minute drive from downtown. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety of food.

A little outside of the main area of town. A little too far to walk into town for dinner and then back after dark. Not because it felt unsafe. It felt safe always but some blocks have no sidewalks and there are lots of obstacles to navigate around.

Very nice boutique hotel. Lovely staff. Beautiful pool area, well kept grounds. Great buffet breakfast.

It's a 20 min walk to the centre, which we didn't mind but some people might.

We loved this place, it felt like an oasis with a pretty garden and a nice little pool. We had a room on the ground floor with our own patio space and it was lovely to sit there and enjoy the pool etc as it was really hot. The staff were so helpful and booked a wine tour for us. Breakfast was good too. The views towards the mountains are also lovely.

WiFi struggled to reach our room so I had to go outside near the lobby to access. Other reviewers weren't kidding about the location - it was definitely in an up-and-coming part of town. Not unsafe, but a bit desolate and far from the main part of town. We walked to the main square the first night but drove the rest of the time since it was a trek (and I live in NYC so walking everywhere is not usually an issue for me!) If you are car-less, I would look for something a little more central.

The property was very lovely, and the room was quiet, comfortable and clean - it feels very new still. The pool was very nice after a warm day of wine tasting. We were on the ground floor and it was nice to sit on the patio outside and watch the sun on the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (they helped us exchange money as we were running low on cash) and always available. Delicious and large breakfast!

we stayed for three nights and the solar hot water was only hot later in the day so we couldn’t shower in the mornings. Also the tiling in the Malbec bathroom is such that is impossible to shower without flooding the floor. Its great that the hotel is trying to be more environmentally considerate but as the hotel is not inexpensive it is necessary to provide hot water. Also there is no drinking water freely available and we don’t like buying small plastic bottles from the mini-bar. Again, at this level many hotels in Argentina are providing large filtered water bottles so guests can fill their water bottles every day. It shouldn’t be necessary to charge for water. All the plastic waste produced could be avoided.

There was no lift so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs.

This is a modern hotel quite a way from the centre of the town although with a car that was not a problem. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view. There was a good choice for breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

Beautiful facilities, lovely staff, comfortable. It’s a little out of town in a developing district, but I walked back at night as a lone woman and didn’t feel uncomfortable.

the receptionist was firm with the hotel policy and making a change to add two more people was too stressful, and expensive, but she did her job at managing the property for her boss as expected.

The only thing that could have been better is if we had stayed another night.

We have traveled around the world, Nini welcomed us with grace and humor. Chilled our wine. She made our stay great. She was the best hotel receptionist we have ever encountered.
