Super cute place everything is done with love and you can walk to the city center of Mendoza and the Aristides street with all the bars and restaurants. Breakfast has a lot of fruits which we really liked.

Nothing really, it’s great value for the price. The bathroom could use an upgrade and the rooms could be soundproof but this didn’t affect our stay. We had everything we needed.

Very kind and helpful staff! The location it’s great, walking distance from the center, but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Only 3 blocks away nice offer to eat and have a drink.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. Our room, 15, overlooked the charming patio. Most importantly, the size of the hotel, small, allowed for an extraordinary level of hospitality. Great breakfast. Wonderful staff; outstanding location; quiet and safe neighborhood a block from the enormous Parque San Martin; dozens of food options nearby.

Victoria went out of her way to help us book tours etc before we even arrived as we had little time in Mendoza. Breakfast was perfect in the courtyard which included lots of fresh fruit. Very kind and thoughtful, even filled our bottles with icy cold water. Interesting old building and furniture.

Both hosts helped us with everything, they stored the luggage for us when we went for a short trip and come back for one more night later. Peaceful, ideal location to get quickly anywhere, park nearby. Nice dog(s) who could be petted around. Top experience.

Our host and hotelier Vicky was outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. We ended up extending our stay here thanks to the wonderful hospitality we were shown. In particular the attention to detail given here was special. The entire place was immaculate and cleaned thoroughly daily. The breakfast on the patio was memorably beautiful and the rooftop was a stunning place for a sun downer. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. The coffee just perfect! I haven’t even mentioned the free water and tea selection yet. The room was spectacular, good shower, great Aircon and WiFi. But the highlight was the well catered garden, patio are with tons of plant, wine leafed pergola where we even spotted some hummingbirds. Half a block from the main park a gem of a place. Do stay here!

As an old building it can be a bit loud in the corridors when you’re trying to sleep if you don’t keep Argentine hours! Also, the pillows are HARD.

The location and the manager Victoria are amazing. Walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and central. Victoria could not do more for you. It’s a quaint old building but clean. And there’s dogs and a cat to pat!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The room was super clean and nicely decorated. The shared spaces were lovely. The breakfast was great everyday. All the staff were so helpful friendly and polite and Victoria went out of her way to explain anything or help with advice/recommendations. Highly recommend and would love to go back

Beautiful old house with authentic details, great location in a safe neighbourhood, and the owner Victoria is just the nicest lady. We could leave our bags there for a full day before taking the nightbus

Breakfast can be improved (fruits, bread, jam, coffe and milk or tee) No one speak english. No TV inside the room (i write it just in case it's necessary for you, in my case it's not a negative thing)

Room large, clean and confortable. Wifi good. The garden/patio inside the hotel is very beuatifull. Breakfast served, no buffet. The staff kind and helpfull.

We love the location of the property, so close to a beautiful park and within a few blocks of many restaurants. It’s a very safe and nice area. Our host Victoria was the best, she helped us with so many tours and made our stay so enjoyable. ❤️
