Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We were travelling in a large group, and all the staff were very helpful and attentive from arrival to departure. The breakfast was good, and the coffee from the bar was excellent. The 24hr bar / kitchen service was also very good especially when returning from a long day away, with the staff very attentive even early in the morning.

United KingdomA smell of drains both in rooms and around the hotel was not my favourite. No vegan friendly milk or margarine at breakfast, but still enough to eat. Basic but ok.
This hotel is what you pay for- basic, no frills. A clean bed, soap in the bathroom and a park running alongside it which is nice for walking and running in the mornings. Is a bit of a walk to get to centre of Mendoza, but cheaper for that reason.

This property is horrible, I have stayed at other Ibis I do understand the room are smaller. But this hotel is folly, old not taken care at all. The bathroom has not seen a goof clean or paint for many years. Very disappointed with booking, because you recommend and show a good place.
