We did not know at booking that the room was a loft situation. My husband is older and it is not easy for him to go downstairs to use the bathroom during the night. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this set up but I was told there were no other rooms available. Due to heavy rain, there was a leak in the shower which caused pieces of the ceiling to fall off in the shower for several days. I think we should have been given the opportunity to change rooms or have been compensated in some way.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful and safe area of Buenos Aires (Palermo - Soho). Very close to several restaurants. Staff is very accommodating and has exceeded our expectations in helping us make the most of the 2 days and one night we had in Buenos Aires.

We had the penthouse room on the top floor. The hot water tank was next to our room on the roof terrace and was heard every time someone was taking a shower or using the water. It kept me awake .

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Close to many cool restaurants and pubs. The hotel itself is very chic and aesthetically pleasing. The room we stayed was very comfy and clean. The breakfast is freshly made and the options are exactly what you need to start out with energy.

Sadly the rooms on the front face a park which had folks spending the night talking until dawn. Ear plugs are recommend for light sleepers like me.

We felt that the bathrooms were a bit dated, and the rooms (we stayed on 2 separate occasions) were very cramped, especially when travelling with large suitcases for an Antarctic expedition. When we stayed in room #6 we were excited to find we had a lovely large balcony, so we felt we had more breathing room, but sadly, we couldn't use that due to a plague of mosquitoes hitting the city in early January, so we could get no fresh air. There was a hot tub on the deck but that didn't look like it was in use. The room also lacked coffee pods, laundry bags for the service, and shower gel, but the staff fixed all of the above within a few hours.

The location of the hotel was wonderful in the trendy area of Palermo, and within walking distance of some great restaurants. Felt very safe there. The staff are all very nice, speak great English, and the wine tasting experience is well worth doing. The breakfast had a good choice and was nicely presented.

There was a bizarre compressor like noise in the wall next to my headboard lasting 2-10 seconds every 5 minutes- both nights - supposedly attributed to plumbing issue. So don’t choose room 12 !

Varied and quality breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Patricio was VERY helpful with facilitating acquisition of a new iPhone after mine was lost in Punta Arenas while in transit to Santiago.

Loved the neighborhood and location. The staff are the best we have ever encountered in all our travels. Warm greetings, suggestions for eating and sightseeing, making arrangements for transportation to and from the hotel, assistance with a troublesome tour, and the fact they took time for lovely conversations made this a very appealing hotel. The complimentary glass of wine was a plus.

A beautiful and charming boutique hotel in a great location in Palermo Soho. Staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and prepared to order (no buffet) which makes it delicious. Don't forget the wine tasting. Guests are provided with a free metro card, so that they could use the subway during their stay which is great.
