Condensation each night caused a puddle of water at the door and windows each morning. The host was difficult to contact- I asked to store bags as we would arrive earlier than check in and got no response. No communication until after 3 on check in day with code to access apartment which left us sitting in the bus station for hours unsure what to do. No problem if early check in is not possible but just respond and let us know

Very poor sound isolation. Even tho the place is new, a few things were broken: the door of the bathroom you cannot close it, the curtains didn’t open/close fully, one of the drawers of the kitchen was broken. Would be also nice to have a carpet in the front door to leave the shoes (I went on winter, and the shoes wet all the place). Last, the pictures in the ad were different than the apartment I was assigned. This one it has a street view, so you dont have any privacy and need to be with the curtains shut all the time.

The apartment is very spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even with coffee and tea for breakfast. Very big and comfortable beds. Overall, great deal.

Week, the wifi was basically off. An antenna feel down. Not their fault, but detracted from the experience. The weather was awfully, rain and snowstorms. So a good wifi would make a difference.

The room was exceptional. Big, with a tv room, kitchen and a dinner table! Very clean and very new. Ander was a great host, very thoughtful. It was a great stay at a great price(end of season)

Seems as though they are duplicating the current building and construction of additional apartments going on, basically on the same building, was noisy, dusty and unpleasant.

Nice to have an apartment with a small kitchen to prepare some food, and the separate bedroom was nice to feel like you're actually going to bed.

WiFi was really bad.

Excellent location and very cute. The staff is very nice. Helped us with a flexible checkout time. Kitchen had what we needed (except one wine opener to be shared amongst all the apartments, made me laugh). Beds were comfy.

The only issue we had was that the Wifi was not operating (Our devices would connect to the signal but nothing would happen). When we went to find staff to ask about it, we could not find them.

It was a clean, comfortable room--modern and convenient. Friendly staff.

Very small. No cupboard to hang clothes. Duvet cover not washed properly and had large yellowish stains from dust/sweat dirt of someone who had laid on the bed without washing (the rest was clean). Very noisy (VERY) after 8.00 am from builders working next-door on an expansion project to the original building (I imagine that this will be temporary, maybe for the next 3-4 weeks).

New room in modern building. Well located. Good price. Were accommodating of the fact that we arrived late.

The rooms look like independent cabins, but they are actually part of a larger building, so you can hear the noise from neighbor rooms.

This is a gorgeous room, very new and very spacious in a two floor cabin-like room. Bed is excellent, shower also good. It is located maybe three blocks from the main street.

The heating was centrally controlled and all rooms were way too hot (despite us asking them to turn down the heat). They did not provide towels in one of the 3 rooms we booked.

We booked 3 rooms for our family of 10 and they were very clean and modern and close to all of the hiking and restaurants in El Chalten. The beds were also very comfortable.

There is nobody at the property (it’s all self check in) and it’s difficult to leave your bags for a long duration. At 5, the cleaning lady goes home and you need to get your bags. So we had to walk with them and sit somewhere for a while before our bus departure which was a little unfortunate.

We originally got a much smaller room than expected, but because there was so much sand inside he gave us the room next door which was much better. Ofcourse this normally is double the price we paid so hard to say if that would have been value for money but the service was 100%. Bed was comfy and the appartment was super clean.

WiFi in our room was extremely weak. Staff could have been better. Had to text them for the key to our room (in a lockbox). Feel the code could have been sent to us without having to ask.

- heating is centrally managed and could not be adjusted in the flat: so some nights it was scorching hot and other nights rather cold. - Expect a slightly higher price in cash as the owners do not use the official exchange rate, but the exchange rate of selling dollars from their local bank office. A reasonable conversation with the owners about this is impossible. - After our 4-night stay, our reservation in Booking was reduced to 1 night. Questionable.
