How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

They need time change the old linen , pillows and pillowcase are stained, very badly for a 4 ⭐️ hotel . I didn’t like a man and sauna reception was very uncomfortable, He open de sauna door while I was inside

Bathroom very small , linen are stained need pillows urgent replace . Breakfast miss the bacon and I don’t like the way they served they follow you is make it uncomfortable I prefer self service .
Very good location , staff are great polite helpful . I love the sauna and spa . Breakfast was ok

Billing practices are confusing but I was not overcharged. A lot of swiping of my credit card.

Room was small, bathroom extremely small, no place to put anything in the bathroom, even toothbrush. Breakfast not very good, eggs were horrible. Price seemed high for location and what was received.
Bed was very comfortable. Internet was good. Location was quite walkable.

Central location, just a block from the pedestrian area leading to the main square. Staff without exception were friendly, helpful, efficient. Food good. Everywhere was super clean. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

We booked through booking.com and it was stated that the price was including all the taxes, but once there they wanted 21% more for taxes. We showed screenshots of the statement and they refused to honor that, so we had to pay 21% more than the price stared in booking. The room was extremely small but clean, everything felt new and good quality. Our room had a window to a inner space without any natural light. We could hear so much noice from the common areas and slamming doors, also the elevator makes a continuous beep all day and night and we could hear it from our room. I would stay again but knowing all this I would ask for another kind of room

The breakfast was okay.
We stayed in an executive suite which was pretty large and has a lot of light. The room was clean and quiet. The staff is nice and friendly. Good location.

The bed was so hard. The bathroom was handicapped and awkward. The room had no flat space. No room to place anything.
The neighborhood was great. Very quirky and fun. Safe and touristy but casual at the same time. Live musicians and restauraunts.

The AC had a funny aroma. I didn't use it and it worked for me.
Location was convenient for us, central to any restaurant and shops, ATM, casino, etc. I liked the cleaning service and the restaurant. The staff in general was kind and efficient. I'll recommend it!

We payed our stay in cash in Argentinean pesos, and were charged 21% extra as a tax. I'm not completely sure that we should have, we have been in a couple of different hotels in Argentina (paying in cash on the local currency too) and none of them applied this extra charge
Marcelo from Reception helped us to find tours in english (which were almost impossible to get because of the lack of tourists from English speaking countries). The service during our stay was brilliant and the hotel is located within walking distance of the main streets and plazas

on the 8th floor you hear the noise of the breakfast going on on the 9th floor.
The room was nice and spacious. we didn’t have the standard room so don’t know about that.

Bathroom is super small!
Very well located, staff is super attentive and the spa is excellent! Try the hot stones massage with Beatriz, it was the best massage I’ve ever had!

I don't think they should use SPA in their title. A water jackuzzi, dry and wet spa is not really a spa!

Room was very small and right next to a cleaning service room (staff), which caused noise throughout the day starting early in the morning. Breakfast buffet was missing fruit.
