Rooftop pool and service was great. Sunset views were amazing. Central location to restaurants and bars.

Staff were super helpful (found us a room for early check in after an all night flight). Pool area on the roof is great, good food, nice views, very relaxed. Shower was excellent.

Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, which I was aware. When we checked in on a Thursday, the person checking us in reminded us of that and said that if we had breakfast at the hotel it would be 12,000 extra per person. Reasonable. We were checking in for 3 nights. We had 2 breakfasts in the hotel (Friday and Saturday). When we checked out on Sunday and were given the bill to settle our breakfasts, the bill was for 78,000. We were expecting 48,000. We were told that this was because the price went up at the weekend. I find it very hard to believe that the price more than doubles at the weekend. At check in we were never advised about a price increase at the weekend. I did sign for breakfast on Saturday, but never checked the price I was signing. Why should I have? In my opinion I was receiving the exact same product as the previous day and no one had given me any prior notice. As a customer, I would strongly recommend checking what you’re signing. For your staff - please give them adequate training so they notify guests of any price increases during their stay. I would stay here again, but I will be more vigilant on what I’m signing and taking a copy.

Slightly noisy in the evenings from the local bars, but nothing drastic.

The pool was great and the hotel was in a great location. There is a modest sized gym that had everything you could need for a work out.

The room had a bit of a lockdown smell but I need to say that because of the amount of mosquitos we didn't open the windows either.

The hotel is nice and in a good location with a perfect rooftop and view with a bar and restaurant upstairs. Also the people who works there. Everyone were really really nice and kind with us! Thank you I really recommend it

The bed was way too soft, or there was a problem with the matress.

The hotel has a modern feeling, rooms are big and clean, AC works properly to cool fast the room (essential in Puerto Iguazu). Loved the jacuzzi and sauna on the 2nd floor which can be used with appointment. Also the gym is well equipped for a hotel gym. A big thumbs up for the roof top restaurant with great views and excellent food.

The availability of the sauna could be more streamlined to encourage its use with other persons subject to a max number of persons - rather than restricted to a 30 mins booking by individuals. Otherwise, the Hotel is very pleasant.

We (two couples) stayed in 2 Studios. They met our expectations. Great views from Level 9 rooftop bar. The breakfast was good & the fruits were fresh which were appreciated. The times open for breakfast are great. Hot food selection was limited but adequate.

It was literally just that the sound insulation in the room wasn't very good. We had a corner room that faced away from the street, but we still heard everything late into the night. I think it really is more of a build quality/materials issue than anything the hotel can do much to remedy now, but it was a bummer to be in a peaceful place and hear loud spikes of music and engines through the night.

O2 is nice overall and the rooftop view is stunning. The breakfast was $9000/per person, which was ok value, but was super convenient. The gym was well equipped and the corner room we got had really cool views. The staff was super nice, attentive, and helpful. Bilingual as well!

Only two elevators for large hotel which could get busy. Food and service in restaurant could be improved.

Modern, clean, comfortable hotel in great location near restaurants and downtown area. Spacious, airy room with good AC, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Lovely top floor pool and bar with amazing views and good food/drinks. We enjoyed a dip in pool on hot days. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine but not the best we've had at hotels. Overall, excellent quality and value for the money and we would return.

The hotel is modern and comfortable with a great rooftop deck for watching sunsets. The breakfast was generous and tasty. The driver they set us up with for picking us up at the airport was very nice and he also drove us to the park the next day as well as to the Brazilian side on the following day. The front desk staff were very helpful.

More availability for massages please and improve the jets on the jacuzzi as they were slow and useless!

Everything about this hotel is great! Couldn't fault it, book a massage is quick as we missed out due to lack of staff! Breakfast was also one of the next we had in south America!

Good bed, great A/C, fantastic breakfast. The downtown location is within walking distance of many restaurants and good nightlife. Views from the rooms are spectacular! The hotel supplies free fresh water for your water bottles (tap water is not drinkable).
