The breakfast was simple and nice: granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, medialunas, toast, meat , cheese , coffee, and juice. Gustavo was a wonderful host, and Ceci was available by what’s app if you have questions in English. Wonderful dining at Magnolia near by.

Loved EVERYTHING about Oestes Suites. Charmingly renovated property- clean room, comfy beds, lovely pool and breakfast area. Upgrade to suite if possible. The location was perfect-on a quiet street 2 blocks from a main street with restaurants and bars. Hosts Ceci and Leo were so friendly and super helpful.

The host was so kind. She organized tours for us throughout our stay and gave us many recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, we loved the fresh fruit and warm pastries. The place itself was in a great location close to the main streets and the park. The place was beautifully designed and clean.

I cannot say enough about this place. Ceci and her husband are so welcoming and warm, and the attention to detail they put into this little bed and breakfast is outstanding. From the homemade granola and fresh espresso at breakfast, to the pomegranate tree and loungers by the pool, to the thematic and repurposed decor in the common spaces and the room.. it’s just a wonderful place to pass the time. I hope to go back!

Super easy communication. The owner was available on Whatsapp throughout my journey and stay. The room, design, pool and breakfast all exceeded our expectations. The suggestions from the owners for local restaurants, etc, were superb, too.

Everything! The rooms and common spaces are gorgeous. Really nicely designed, lovely calm vibe. The breakfast was really tasty especially the medialunas with dulce de leche and the homemade granola. Cecila and her husband were great hosts. We’re looking forward to returning the next time we’re in Mendoza!

Ceci and her husband are wonderful hosts. Very helpful with good advise on how to spend our short time in Mendoza. The property is well maintained and our room was very comfortable. Perfect location, around the corner from many restaurants and the park only a short stroll away.

Honestly we liked everything.

The property was cozy, well appointed and the perfect layout for spending some downtime. The bed and pillows were ultra-comfy. It was an awesome location for walking to restaurants, bars and Parque General San Martin.

What didn’t we like?! The owners were gracious, welcoming, warm, and so helpful. They spoke great English, helped translate for us, assisted in getting us a taxi to the wine country and really made us feel comfortable. The property has a spa like backyard with a pool. The rooms are equipped with a mini fridge with waters and drinks, hot water kettle (and teas), air conditioning. The entire property is extremely well maintained and clean. The location is perfect. 1.5 blocks from the main strip with all the bars and restaurants. And just 4 blocks from the beautiful central park. For the price, you cannot go wrong!

I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and B&Bs over the years, and Oestes Suites easily makes my top 10 favorites for the overall experience. The property is aesthetically designed and maintained very well. A spacious and comfortable room, a cute pool with pomegranate tree and grape vines around, and genuinely kind and helpful hosts (Cecilia and her husband) immediately made us feel at home. They went out of the way to help us with the last minute wine tour booking, rushed laundry and a car service for early morning departure. The breakfast buffet including delicious seasonal fruits, ham/cheese toasts and eggs along with coffee was perfect for us. The property is only a block away from a trendy street with restaurants and bars. We also enjoyed a nice stroll to the San Martin park, which is only about 15 minutes away. Kudos to Cecilia for running the property with such care, passion and high standard of service!

Tranquil oasis in the heart of Mendoza. The hosts are incredibly friendly and generous with advice and help. Newly established property which is very tastefully decorated. Nice pool we didn’t use due to time. Absolutely fantastic place to stay.

The room is a bit small, and the breakfast could be more versatile (though it looks like a temporary issue).

Cecilia was so nice and attentive to us, the room is beautifully decorated, and the bathroom is new and huge! It is also located very close to everything.
