The staff r great and always helpful. The kitchen is large, with lots of utensils and plenty of seating. Oshovia is very comfortable and kept very clean.

The wifi is very slow even at the ground floor. On upper floors it barely exists. The breakfast is only croissants and cornflakes

The WiFi didn't work well in my room. The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately no fruits were offered and you could only get some sweats. It's not allowed to cook during breakfast time so even if you bring your own food you have no chance to prepare it. The location is a little bit far from the city where the nice spots are.

It's a nice place. Very clean and with everything you need around your bed. I like that you have curtains for more privacy in your bed. The look of the hostel is very cool and stylish

It is a bit out of the city centre (not necessarily a con). Also a bit annoying that breakfast is only from 8am, as often I needed to leave earlier.

Comfortable beds with privacy curtains, big lockers, and felt very safe with security codes on the doors. Breakfast was simple but good, and lots of nice common areas.

The wifi was really bad and inconsistent, both the wifi on the floors as well as the lobby. For someone who does remote work or needs to be online I would definitely not recommend.

It was one of the best hostels I've stayed in. The front desk people are amazing, specially Canela (hope I got her name right). The rooms have security, they have good size lockers, the bathrooms are clean,the breakfast is nice and the vibe is amazing. You can also rent towels.

Echoing the other comments here, I have more or less the same dislikes. Location is a bit too far from the town, so spend a lot of time walking there and back if you want to do casual things. Dorms were rather cramped and no socket for top bunk available. Also the key code doors are a bit noisy, and doors are thin that you hear the key code doors from other rooms beeping.

Nice breakfast and coffee was nice and strong. Common area fairly nice. Staff were very nice and helpful which goes a long way for me

This was my 2nd stay at the hostel after returning from an Antartica cruise. I like the hostel as it is quiet & away from the main area (about a 1km walk). It has a real homey feel, think ski lodge & that's what it is like. The beds have privacy curtains, the rooms are quite big, the staff are super friendly & the breakfast is great too.

The electronic key pad on the dorm door is really loud :) Otherwise, all good! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great option in Ushuaia - Karina on reception was great. Place is very clean, quiet and close to shops, Western Union. Easy to get to town by foot or Uber. Staff were quick to arrange transfers to the Park or Laguna Esmerelda. Laundry service was great, wifi worked well throughout. Curtains on dorm beds and decent sized lockers in the room.

The keypad door locks are SUPER load! Just change them so they don’t make noise… it’s really annoying when you’re trying to sleep to be beeped awake everytime someone comes In. Also you can hear all the other doors from inside your room because they are so loud.

The only things i could find on the negative side is that they were not that much people, it can be a good or a bad thing. I thought it was great cause less ppl in the dorms but there was less ppl to socialise with. I dont get why this place had a bad review score cause its a great hostel.

Hostel is great, the facilities are beautiful and clean. Staff was helpful and accomodating. There is a little garden outside in the back and shared spaces are great. Bathroom are great they even have heated floor. Beds in the dorms are comfy and the structure isnt flimsy like in so many hostels. Its is located about 15 -20 minutes walk from the main city streets so its a small walk but carrefour, western union and grocery stores are close by and there is a convinient store right in front.

I loved everything. I loved the penguin walk. Piratours offers the walk. &90,000 pesos. Allow for 2-3 days advanced booking. And dress warm!

This is the best hostel I have stayed at! The main area is large and cozy. The kitchen is big and has everything. The bathrooms are great. The bedrooms are great. Bunk beds have curtains. The staff is amazing. Everything is super clean! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to come back! Also FYI. It's less expensive if you pay in pesos!

Wonderful place ! This is the best hostel I’ve ever stayed before. The staff are very professional and very kind. They helped me a lot with everything during my stayed. Marco and his dad are very nice person. They were taking good care of me. Felt like a home. Highly recommend Oshovia Hostel in Ushuaia. And I will definitely come back to this beautiful place!

WiFi was a bit choppy at times in the rooms. Location bit of a walk from the center but it is not too bad -- advantage of this is that the location is more quiet.
