The breakfast is good but sadly the staff such as waiters are not the most friendly people, it give you the feeling that they don’t like their job, every time you asked for different kind of eggs, different from the scrambled eggs they have in the buffet, it takes between 20 to 30 mns to be served, the eggs we asked for were just fried eggs or boiled eggs, nothing special and still takes up to 30 mns to be serve.

The hotel is very central, the rooms were big and comfortable.The facilities in the rooms are clean and in good conditions. I recommend this hotel.

The location was very convenient, but it was a less charming neighborhood than Palermo or central Recoleta would have been if you are traveling as a tourist.

We stayed at the Palladio at the end of our vacation, and we were delighted with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, attractive and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They helped us with a range of things, including booking meals and airport transfers. The lobby was a stylish and fun place to hang out, and the lobby bar was terrific. Their breakfast was exceptional, and we also enjoyed a terrific dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is centrally located and was an easy jumping off point for many parts of the city.

We had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant that was not to our liking, but that was due in part to our selection.

The staff of the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. In particular, the concierge Diego was excellent with helping us obtain reservations for dinner and activities, as well as helping us with our phones, and the bartenders in the lobby bar, Felipe and Luciana, were friendly and good at their jobs. The hotel was very clean and we enjoyed the convenience of being able to exchange money at the desk. The park across from the hotel provided a welcome green respite.

Not a thing! Everything was so much more than we expected. Exceptional boutique hotel that I would heartily recommend to ANYONE planning a visit or stop in Buenos Aires!

Breakfast was over the top wonderful . Dinner was relaxed and delicious. Was the perfect place to recover from a long flight before boarding our cruise ship the next day!

The pool. Too shallow, I could not swim in it without hitting the bottom. The lounge chairs, can't adjust the backs!! Raise the pool! It's an area that is waiting to be "developed". Look online to see what the Singular Hotel in Santiago Chile did with their pool and the restaurant (where we ate every day); fabulous!

Diego (Concierge) made very good arrangements ahead for pick-up from the cruise ship, a half day city tour, a day tour to a gaucho ranch and dinner with tango evening. The cars used for the first three were not commensurate with the level of your hotel (and consequently guests who have expectations). Driver/guide for the half city tour was excellent! The gaucho day was certainly "authentic" (as requested) with a very nice gaucho show, but the food was mediocre. Hotel is located in a very nice area, especially for a nice pre-breakfast walk around the park. Also walking distance to most major tourist sights (we did it!: Cemetery, Natl. Museum, Museo Hispanoamericano, Teatro Colon (do take the tour, even if it's only in Spanish!)). Check-in and out very smooth. Front desk and bellboys efficient. Breakfast buffet very good with nice variety. Bar tender (female) excellent. Restaurant very good, waitstaff ok (hence the lower score on staff). We selected this hotel for location and the 9.5 rating, over Alvear and Hyatt hotels and would select it again on a next visit to BA.

On our second stay we had a room overlooking building at the back which was not as enticing! The pool area is very tight for space, did not invite use.

Well located hotel with clean comfortable rooms. We stayed here twice. The first visit we had a lovely view across the park opposite. Even though the room looked over a busy street it was quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast selection but if you were seated in the back section you tend to be forgotten. We also had a lovely dinner with excellent service and food.

The last night the fire alarm started flashing which woke me up an hour before our alarm which was irritating. Something the hotel should look into fixing. But this did not detract from the amazing service we had.

Service went above and beyond even a typical 5 star hotel. Really impressive, and well done to all the staff. Stand out names for us include Sasha and Fernandez, but there were certainly others. Room was very comfortable and balcony was really nice. We absolutely loved staying in Recoleta neighbourhood. I would say photos do not do this hotel justice it is nicer on the ground.

Wonderfully designed room . Fantastic to have a sunny balcony overlooking the park to start the day with a coffee and listening to Buenos Aries coming alive. The gym was the best equipped we have seen and altho small the pool was an added bonus. The staff were welcoming and helpful . Great value for money and definitely a hotel to re visit .
