Breakfast is poor as like in any other hotel in Argentina. Except sweets and jam and cheese, there is nothing to eat really.

The hotel is set on expansive grounds with outdoor patio and views of mountains. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager Rowena speaks perfect English and is always available. She really helped me with Spanish translation of correspondence. The tourist area is just down the hill.

Has a really good sun terrace where you can sit outside. Loved watching the Ibis on the lawn in the morning! Theres a great restaurant Morrison about 50m down the road recommended

Walking distance to the city center, friendly staff but were not prepare for a gluten free breakfast we previously requested.

Breakfast wasn't very inspiring (lack of choice, and no fresh options). Showers were nice and hot, but poor water pressure.

Rooms were large and clean, and the view from our room was great. There's good WiFi and large communal areas. Location is only a 10min walk from the bus terminal and you can easily walk to restaurants in the centre of town.

The facilities are a bit dated, but staff does it’s best to keep it up. The breakfast was light.

Great location perfectly located in between the bus station and the main town center. The staff was wonderful in helping us check-in and booking tickets for us to visit the glacier.

We had a nice stay here. The place is very clean and comfortable. The common area is very inviting with a nice patio and a bar area. They helped me sort out a pricing issue that cropped up on booking.com where the price I agreed in pesos was showing at triple the price in dollars. Phew! They also offer a nice packed lunch if doing any day trips such as mini trekking which I would recommend. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice and helpful staff, spacious and clean room and located in a quiet area with about 10 minutes walking to the town center. Nice view from the terrace. Possibility to book a lunch box with four options to choose from.

Check out was very early. There were many unusual rules for the room. It would have been nice to have an electronic safe (or the key).

The staff was helpful, and there were good areas to wait after checking out. The room had a nice amount of space. They were flexible with an earlier check in.

We love everything about the Hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good, the views from the hotel were amazing, the location was good -j ust a few minutes walking to the city centre in a very peaceful (and silent) location.

The hotel is in need of an update, it's old. Wifi didn't work well. A little far from the center of El Calafate.

Good sized room, ok bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast very good.
