Warm hosts, very nice location, Ive had great interaction and conversations with the young family, I much prefer to stay with locals then in some impersonal hotels, you get to know what life is in those locations. Will be back ! Thank you !

Posada Karut Josh was the perfect place for our short stay in Calafate! The owners were super accommodating, allowing us to drop bags early and helping to arrange transport to Perito Moreno and a taxi back to the bus station when it was sadly our time to go. Breakfast was also great! We wish we had many more than 1 night here!

Both hosts were fantastic, very attentive and always on hand to ask any questions. The rooms were great, big size, very clean with anything you many need. The free breakfast was one of the best I have had in Argentina, a big range of foods, from toast and croissants to eggs, cereal, ham and cheese. There was also a selection of fruit, fruit juices and yoghurts… with cakes for after too! Highly recommend 10/10

Small and friendly Posada, away from the Main Street but close enough. Wonderful and friendly couple who run the property. Comfortable bed and shower. Delicious breakfast. Large room.

Wonderful hosts who were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Spoke good English, made terrific lunchbox sandwiches, cooked a delicious beef stew for us one night and threw in a bottle of red wine for my birthday. Tours pick up from here as well. Town and lake are within walking distance. Couldnt fault it and didnt want to leave!!

Ian and Tatiana are kind, helpful, warm, wonderful people and excellent hosts. The location is quiet and close to the main shopping area. The home and rooms are clean and cozy. The breakfast is amazing. With homemade bread and yogurt. We absolutely LOVED our stay. Book this place if you’re lucky enough to have the chance!

Everything was perfect!

Everything was wonderful! The rooms are well equipped with everything you need (warm blankets, blow dryer on request as well as makeup remover). The view of the lake while enjoying breakfast is also a great plus!

Tatiana and Ian were both lovely, so helpful and welcoming. A lovely place to stay, with clean comfortable rooms, a good breakfast and lovely little garden to sit in overlooking the lake. Great value for money.

On a quiet street about 10-15 min walk from the main area. Not modern or fancy but as long as you know that this place is excellent

Really cozy and homely. Room was spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly, gave great recommendations for dinner and booked our taxi in the morning to the airport. Made me wish I was staying longer. Great view of the lake and beautiful flowers in the garden.
