Food (breakfast) was uninspired. Location was a bit of a walk 2km to town, and uber nonexistant. Better if had car.

Very quiet, nice pool, lovely setting, large rooms. Each room half of a two room cabin set attheend of a boardwalk through garden setting.

The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a update No tea making or cofee making facilities in the room . We were told a charge would be made if we had drinks in our room Air conditioning not very efficient No ironing facilities Bath coating was floating off . Shower head was not clean and needed to be replaced

The food in the restaurant can be improved. It was just ordinary for a wonderful property.

The rooms are placed within the rainforest and it is a wonderful setting. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating.

The room and the bathroom were not in the nicest condition.

The lobby and the outdoor area were really welcoming and probably the pool would have been nice to enjoy during hot seasons. Unfortunately, it rained a lot that day, thus we couldn’t enjoy it to the fullest. The set-up and atmosphere is nice though

no tea and coffee making in the room, no thermos to take hot water. For European guests with a big time difference you have to wait until 7am for a coffee. Torn towels and a tired bathroom but it was clean.

The bath leaked and there was water everywhere after taking a shower.

The location, right in the middle of the jungle, very peaceful and quiet. The pool area is very nice too. The room was spacious. There is a restaurant on-site. The transportation was very easily arranged with local staff, convenient to go to Iguazú Falls and downtown.

The food, while not bad, was not the same standard the rest of the hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay here while visiting the nearby falls. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel! The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The setting in the rainforest was beautiful and exciting. The staff were all very helpful and kind and we enjoyed our evening meal in the restaurant. It was a great place to stay to relax from our travelling and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We traveled with family who booked a triple room and were told that they would have 2 double beds, but actually got 3 singles. this was a misrepresentation by booking.com, but no compensation was offered. we had one evening meal which was a bit disappointing. expensive for what it was.

the hotel is ok but i won’t go through booking. com again. the hotel is out of town, feels like you’re in the jungle. nice swimming pool . staff pleasant

The hotel is situated in the jungle and is made of stone and wood so it blends in! There is also a pool right next to the bungalows. It's a really beautiful design. The restaurant is excellent too, so there is no need to go into town to eat.

It was very unfortunate that on the second night the room next door had very noisy residents. They were making loud noise all night until about 04:30am. We asked them to be quieter at about 02:00 but they did not. The rooms are not very sound insulated so we could hear everything very loud next door. We informed staff in the morning, we felt unsafe. Staff did not seem to respond.

Beautiful setting, good food at reasonable prices. Probably more suited to Spanish speaking people. Almost no English speaking staff. Very difficult to make ourselves understood.

Can't find something we didn't like!

The staff were amazing and they accommodated our request of having our rooms close to each other. The rooms are very good and the balconies have an amazing view of the garden. The location is close to the city but you have the feeling you are in the reserve.

Vey comfortable accommodation in wooden bungalows desingned with a great taste and a great respect to the surrounding nature. Very friendly stuff, very good dinner (local fish) for a reasonable price. I can only recommend it.
