Despite our overall positive experience, there were a few aspects of the hotel that could be improved. One evening, our dining experience was marred by a less than welcoming interaction with a waitress. She seemed distracted, and when I ordered tea, I received only a pot of warm water without any tea bags, which made us question the attentiveness of the service that night. This incident, although isolated, did slightly diminish our satisfaction. Additionally, as avid tea drinkers, we were disappointed to find no tea-making facilities in our room. This small amenity would have greatly enhanced our comfort, yet we neglected to inquire about it, assuming it would be standard. The hotel's design, while modern and appealing, occasionally sacrificed practicality for style. The furniture in the sitting area, for example, was not particularly comfortable, and the placement of a lamp led to several inconvenient encounters with my head. Furthermore, the door between the toilet and the bathroom was excessively heavy and difficult to maneuver, which was a minor but notable inconvenience. These elements, although minor in the grand scheme, detracted from the hotel's overall functionality and comfort. A balance between aesthetic appeal and practical utility could further refine the guest experience.

My partner and were thoroughly pleased with our experience. The hotel's location is ideally situated for sightseeing, as most significant attractions are a taxi ride away. The building boasts a modern aesthetic, and our room was spacious with a large, comfortable bed and high-quality linens. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom, which featured a vast shower and a nice bathtub, though we did not use the latter. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always courteous and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a spectacular selection and service that catered to all our preferences. Additionally, we appreciated the well-equipped gym, which we used multiple times. It's shared with the apartment building, which meant it could occasionally get busy, but it was never overly crowded and was equipped superbly for both fitness and strength training. Overall, the standout features of this hotel were the attentive staff, excellent amenities, and its stylish execution. We would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Nothing really except it was too cold to swim!

Loved this place - the hotel was impeccable the breakfast was the best we had in Argentina and you felt you were right in the City while being in a quieter safe clean and interesting part of it.

New, clean and modern hotel. Big rooms. Very good location in Puerto Madero. Walking distance from San Thelmo Market and all the restaurants in Puerto Madero. One of the best breakfasts we had in a hotel. We took our 5-year-old kid and he also loved it.

The pictures of the pool are kind of misleading. The suites are dominated by very stylish black walls and black ceilings. This is a bit problematic, simply because light is absorbedby black color and thus in certain areas of the room even with full lights on it is difficult to see.

Beautiful, modern new hotel in a lovely, safe neighborhood. The rooms were very spacious, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the spa and the restaurant were top notch. And the free breakfast was amazing, complete with mimosas!! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Overall great experience 😊

Pool was always in the shadow and quite windy (therefore not really usable and it is the main facility at your disposal), you are not allowed to use the one that is in front of you as it is only for residents. Lobby is quite small. Breakfast order was made incorrectly every day (just for eggs), the staff need to write down the order and check that they are actually bringing you what you ordered. Its a nice hotel but the 5* details are definitely missing.

The room was extremely spacious, staff at the reception were really helpful.

I can't really say anything bad.

The area is nice and safe, lots of restaruants to chose and in a walking distance. the reoom is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. they have buffet and you can order special dishes like omelettes or eggs. the staff is very friendly and accomodating. we were 8 people in a group and everyone was happy with the stay.

We couldn’t get to terms with the TV, but we weren’t there to watch tv! Not enough coat hangers Lighting was poor and rooms are quite dark, but didn’t deter from the excellent service and space. It’s a shame that hotel guest can’t use the residents pool, it’s shown on the web site and give opening times in the lift.

The staff were more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We very soon felt like a family member. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice, hot and cold. The room was incredible spacious, with extra large balcony. Having a bathroom and cloakroom was great so we could spread out. Plenty of cupboard space The gym was first class with plenty of equipment to work on with separate weights room and studio.

Nothing, amazing hotel. I cannot fault anything in the hotel, the food was good, the service was exceptional and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has a spa but they do not offer pedicure and manicures, this was not a huge issue but would have been nice to offer that service.

The hotel was newer, very clean, felt welcomed the minute we arrived, the guy spoke English and Spanish and asked what language we preferred. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. We went for lunch which was very nice and again very clean restaurant.

The swimming pool. Very windy, no view while there is a beautiful pool outside the hotel but apparently hotel guests can’t make use of it. The lying chairs were from poor quality.

Not a dislike, just a clarification: Puerto Madero is the eastern-most part of Buenos Aires. It's new and modern... but it is a distance from areas like Palermo, Recoleta, etc.

It's beautiful property with spectacular views of the water. The staff everywhere in the property is amazing... very attentive, helpful, and cordial. The meal service in LEYNIA was exceptional, and CIEL spa is a beautiful, relaxing spot; again, the staff in both was exceptional. It's an easy walk to very good restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

No access to the "residents' pool", service at breakfast and restaurant very much depending on who you are served by.

Fitness and Spa Facilities are great, Pool is also good but the "better" one is reserved for the Residents with apartments in the complex.

The room was lovely, with a very nice bed and bathroom and also had a great view. The breakfast was superb. The gym was the best equipped of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The outdoor pool was very good. However, the absolute stand-out feature was the fantastic level of service from the staff which was amazing and exemplary. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful, always prepared to "go the extra mile" - nothing was too much trouble. They were all brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. We would say that the staff delivered a standard os service with a smile which was the best we have ever experienced in any country in the World.
