Couldn’t have a shower due to the tap not working. Had to sit in the shower which was about to break Toilet wasn’t working properly and was missing the flush. A bath mat with holes in it. The basin wasn’t fitted to the wall. No blinds in the bedroom and sheets itchy and rooms

The volunteers are amazing and it’s a very sociable hostel.

Breakfast didn't start until 8.30 which is too late if you're doing excursions and it was cornflakes or toast with bad jam. The shower was terrible, took for ever to get hot and very poor stream. The rooms need a bin

Staff were friendly, and beds were comfortable. Room was big. It was out of town but the location its self was nice, near the beach and the bus stop.

They tried to scam us by refusing to give us the VAT exemption for foreign nationals! If you are a foreign national, you do not pay VAT on accommodation if paying with a foreign card! The showers are not good. We booked a 4 bed dorm and were put in a 7 bed dorm. People and staff were noisy while people were trying to sleep.

Breakfast was nice, and the price is low.

mismanagement and hygiene .

we booked based on pics and comments .reality had nothing to with either .the place is a dump , old ,sagged , broken and not maintained .breakfast is stale bread some yoghurt and coffee , the tables on the terrace in front : vanished . one socket in the room behind a bed but when removed a discovery of filth and dirt ,no knob on the heating , no key to the room “ today “ ( ?! ) ( so we took our valuables with us with all times ). cupboard unhinged and so stained and filthy we did not unpack ., the kitchen made us eat out . the place is run by volunteers - friendly smiling girls that speak no English and work there for free . they have no management skills nor the possibilities to turn things around . when a party lasted till after 1.a.m. ( the walls are very thin ) and we went over , the volunteers were part of the party . so definitely this place maybe caters for a very young public but all others : AVOID . we were supposed to come back after a trip but annulled .

Tread bare bedding, thin wornout mattress hurting your hips if you are a side sleeper. Ramshackle repairs. Facility is trying to get by with fixng things as cheaply possible to make it barely functional.There is wood rot everywhere. Breakfast is poor quality, coffee container nozzle is broken resulting in you spilling coffee each time. The one time fruit was served they cut up one bananna for 5 people. They are not forthcoming and upfront about the fact that it is a shared bathroom. On their booking.com page I had to click to a different page and then click on additional information to find that its a shared bathroom. Its almost as if they are trying to hide it.

I was staying with my Partner for 3days. Our room with a double bed was not clean. There was a huge amount of dirt under the bed. No hangers in the closet the jacket hanger beside the bed was broken, the curtains were falling of when you're not carefully and it was imposible to regulate the heater inside you room. The only share toilet on the second floor (for 8rooms) was dirty and toilet paper was consistently missing. The paint of all bathroom walls comes of, doors slightly broken/damaged or need a repair. All in all the hostel needs a renovation, it feels very used and absolutely not comfortable for people in our age (~30y). The included breakfast has a specific time for different room group's so if you wanna go early but your time is at 9:30 you might miss it. At the end we also needed to pay more than it was priced on booking.com since they use their own exchange rate. For two nights we supposed to pay $11779(official exchange rate that day) but we ended up paying $12500. But we were lucky than actually they wanted us to pay also the VAT, so another 21% extra! After explaining and discussing that we don't need to pay, since we're not from this country and consulting the booking.com service, we did not pay the tax.

Very friendly stuff who helped us by figuring paying the right cost since something went wrong with their system. Cosy wooden hut (from the outside).

The bathrooms are horrible and the shower upstairs is falling apart. The place needs to update their showers especially. There was dog poop everywhere outside. I went to clean my boots and stepped in more dog poop

The dog was the best part and cute appearance on the outside
