Arel at the check-in counter was extremely helpful. He recommended good restaurants and really helped us when our reservation was in error and made sure we had the correct type of room. He was also helpful with bag storage.

The quality of the mattress, it was ok, could've been better. The shower was not separated from the rest of the bathroom, and I feared that the water could leak to the room

The bathroom shower could do better with something stopping the water to go the bedroom, it was a tiny liquing under the door, but no a major one.

Facilities are a bit old.

Firstly, they gave us a room different from the photos. I told them that we reserved a double bed, and they moved us to waaay nicer room that certainly match the photos. The take out breakfast was a great bonus. Very close to Terminal Madero (thats why we stayed there).

Never offered for breakfast. Lobby attendant next morning, on my check out morning didn't answer my good morning. Never given any wifi at all. Very clean room, linen, and very comfortable mattress too.

Room needs renovation. I guess it's very difficult to maintain cleanliness there. Though bedsheet was clean. It was unable to close a bathroom door. I just had to spend several hours there but definitely I won't stay there for a longer period.

The only good thing about this hotel is location and price.

Super super dirty, rats lives better, very bad breakfast, grumpy staff, we love Argentina but this was one of the worst places where we have stayed. Not recomend to anyone.

I did not use the aircondition, but some other rooms aircondition old turbin noise had been making big noise all night and we could not sleep. They clean the floor and bathroom with very stimulus smellind chemicals and it was not gone away easily

It is good location, close to Florida walking street.

The service is bad and the rooms are not like the pictures. Hygiene is questionable. After checking into the hotel, I immediately left the room because I was cheated. They didn't want to give me my money back even though I spent five minutes in the room. When I complained they told me they couldn't refund me because I refused the second room they offered me. That was a lie, because I was never offered anything like that. Avoid this hotel, because they are not professional and you can easily be scammed.

The property is getting old, doors don't shut correctly, mattresses are ageing, bathroom fixtures don't work properly. etc.

Location is ideal, close to city center, the hotel is clean and safe.

the staff: the one in the afternoon who was the one that we did the checkin gave us an ugly old room. i complaint and he realocate us in a better room. the one in the morning was rude because he said he couldnt realocate us again (we had a booking for a triple room but they gave us a double room because "you are just two") so we couldnt use the benefit that Genius gave us

Mildew,Roaches and dysfunctional Wifi!!! Plus the receptionist tried to trick me in paying double the booking price of 60.00/2 nights… the he argued : 1 that the reason why it is 120.00 USD for 2 night is because I am paying for taxes; 2. He switches 2 nights to 1 nights prices back and forth to confuse me; 3. He switches currency if USD to ARS back and forth confuse me. electric wall adaptares are not available so he tells me to get it out on the street

Staff could be friendlier. If you leave the bags after check out they are just left in the hallway.

Everything else is pretty basic, but clean. Price is good and the location is perfect.
